i was contacted via e.mail by Shelly the owner who claimed they tried to work with me? Robin tried to get me to take my review down and even trolled me? on Facebook to see who i had for mutual friends and i got a text from my friend of 30+ years as he casually knows Robing i explained how i was treated and he agreed they deserve a one star rating, i wish they would have tried to actually give me a price on the trip and hotel we had picked out but it never happened so my suggestion is to use Vincent Travel in OKC for your travel needs as they actually do their job and communicate, Shelly the owner messaged me to NEVER contact them again which is fine as she didn't like my review of their lack of service

I was very impressed with this company's knowledge of Cancun. I was a bit tight on our budget but Shelly gave me 5 resorts options to choose from, that best suited our income at that time. She did a WONDERFUL job during the whole proces, sending us emails with travel information before our trip and the resort we stayed at was spectacular! I booked my honeymoon with Michelle back in 2003 and had a great experience. I was recently remarried and used her again for our honeymoon and was beyond pleased. Michelle returned emails promptly, even during times when I had no expectation that she would get back to me so quickly (off hours type of thing). She is accessible by phone and returns calls promptly and is more than happy to answer any and every question. I was having a hard time deciding where to go with our budget and she was patient and more than happy to keep looking. She eventually suggested Aruba and a specific resort and we absolutely loved our honeymoon. She helped with logistics of air travel that she wasn't even booking for us and then jumped in to help when we needed it. I really cannot say enough about how great Michelle and her staff are. I highly recommend her.
