Steak baleadas!!! The best!!!!
I love both the pupusas (cheese and pork-stuffed corn cakes) and the curtido (slightly fermented cabbage slaw) at Mi Tierra!

Love coming to this place for some baleadas here in Okc. I love the decoration and the service. They have the best horchata.

This kind of "whole in the wall" seemed to have authentic food but the quantity you get is very very disappointing. At the time I went, the woman helping me out was very nice. I'm not sure if I'll try this place again.

I took two of my best friends and my husband in for lunch yesterday afternoon, and the two "Mi Tierra" newbies were duly impressed by the baleadas stuffed with fried beans, avocados, scrambled eggs, and carne asada. The tender yet slightly chewy (love that texture!) pupusas were also a hit around the table, as were the plantains served after the meal with sweetened cream. We all had the same chatty, warm, personalized service, and were happy to be able to help the owner celebrate her wedding anniversary. (Yesterday was the big day for her, as it turns out.)One of my friends had one of the aguas frescas (in this case, the pineapple). It was a touch sweet for my tastes, but he loved every last drop.Once again, Mi Tierra doesn't disappoint!

My boyfriend is from Miami. We always talk about how there's not many authentic South American restaurants here in Oklahoma. I am thoroughly pleased by this place. From the moment you walk in the door you enter a homey atmosphere and are greeted by the friendly staff who walk you through the menu. The food came out shortly after (I ordered the #2) and it was absolutely delicious, authentic, filling and for a great price. I feel like I discovered a treasure in okc and I want to tell all of my friends about it. Definitely WILL BE BACK.

Got the meat sampler plate. Beans and rice were good but meat was inedible. Steak was full of gristle and very tough. Chicken was cheap frozen chicken patty. Didn't even try the other meats. The service was warm and friendly. We lived many years in Honduras and generally loved the food. This didn't measure up.
