Mexiasian Fusion Food truck

Went out on a limb and tried this food truck in front of the Fort sill PX. I am so glad that I did! First off, they were just closing up shop for the day, and I was eagerly greeted and asked what I would like. I started off with the pork lumpia, which was paired with a housemaid, sweet Thai chili sauce that has more of a cake than usual. I usually prefer the glass bottle Mae ploy, but I'm glad I was able to try this. Their homemade sweet chili is made with a little extra Thai chili leading to a savory, sweet, and spicy flavor that is out of this world! The lumpia was crisp, hot, and perfectly made.The raspberry lemonade was equally as delightful! It was a large serving of lemonade, and what I can guess was a raspberry purée. This definitely cooled the palate and quenched my thirst on a hot sunny Saturday afternoon. Finally, the Beef bulgogi quesadilla was perfectly spiced, hot, and ready within minutes. This was paired with a side of guacamole, sour cream, and green chili salsa. I found that dipping the quesadilla in the remaining sweet chili sauce was perfect. I will not hesitate come back. I actually will be seeking this food truck out anytime that I come back to Fort sill. Next time I may take some pictures, I was just too hungry and the food was too good. PS. The pictures currently on yelp do not do the food justice.

My family and I tried here today. We ordered 7 carne asada tacos, and it was so greasy, the taco shells broke apart, unable to lift them to eat them. 20 in food went straight into the trash, uneaten. I dont mind greasy food, but that was insane. Absolutely disgusting.

This is a very unique Food truck. I stumbled upon them while I was on base & it was a good feeling to see some options from home. Their food dishes are a mixture of Mexican and Filipino entrees. Very delicious. I also admire that they sell boba here as well. Hard to find them when you're on the go. But overall a good food truck & will definitely order from here again soon.

Thai tea and bulgogi burrito were fantastic. That burrito is enough for two. Great prices, as well.

The gem of fort sill. This truck pumps out some really good tacos. The only draw back is that it's a bit overpriced, but hey, they gotta make a profit. The fish tacos are the bomb and so are the steak. I will definitely be coming back.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. They seem to work well in such a small space. The food is great and drinks are also.Try the the veggie quesadilla, it's delicious!!!

Not bad! I'm confused what the Asian part is all I saw was egg rolls. Tacos are good. Horchata eh. It was very good but didn't taste like traditional horchata.

I love this food truck! The horchata boba (clear boba) is probably my favorite! I'm totally addicted to their tacos al pastor. Every time I go I have something different and it is never a disappointment.

OMG! This 'fusion' sounded weird at first. I tried it once and now I'm hooked! It's so tasty!

This truck and all of its food is fantastic; the Lumpia, Pancit, and Bulgogi Burrito are my top favorites, though! The owners are amazing people, and pour their heart and soul into this truck and the meals they cook, and it shows in their food. Check their FB for where they're parked, and swing by any day for something awesome!
