I have been a Ford customer for the last 25 years. I have live in no less than 5 states. I have worked in the customer service industry for the last 15 years. So, to have someone is representing a product I value and support with my money treat me as if I am not important, and only as a paycheck. Does not sit well. The service advisor was unprofessional. They did not greet me or introduce themself. They did not do a proper intake of my vehicle. No walk around, No real sense that they cared for me as Ford customer. No sense of care for myself or my vehicle. I have a Ford extended warranty. Advisor contacted me to say they could not find my warranty with my VIN, and that I would be responsible for repairs. I called Ford and was given the information with in a few minutes. I then had to contact the advisor with that information. They did not verbally contact me with an estimate or issues with my vehicle. Everything handle via text or email. Took 5 days for repairs. With no updates being given that vehicle was finished. I had to request that a detailed estimate be sent. When picking up my vehicle. I expected that the advisor would go over what repairs were done and a final detailed breakdown of cost. Also, did not go over inspection report. I used to sell Ford vehicles, and was a service advisor and Customer relations manager. I do not believe that this is what Ford wants to represent it products. The bright spot was the service cashier. She gave great information and suggestions.

Over the phone Evan is great, friendly and helpful. But when I bring in my vehicle for service they are not so great.. Took five minutes last time to get my car in the door and started on. They DO NOT put their labor hours on your receipt, and claim to charge $140 per hour? They charge $90 for an engine light diagnostic fee, which is absurd. they also do not offer loaners like most courteous and professional dealers offer, so you'll be waiting in a small and stinky lounge waiting on your vehicle. Took them four hours to replace a PCM in my 2010 Escape... dealerships suck, as always

Came in to look at a yellow label saleen truck. Salesman was super rude. Was a fat guy with dark hair I complained to go as well. I asked to see the truck opened up, asked him why there was suck a big markup over msrp on the truck. He said because it will sell for that.. said they had a 6 wheel truck that they made 260k profit on.. I told him I dodnt care anything about that, and told him there was a nicer yellow label truck that was even a 4x4, for 12k less at another lot.. he said he would laugh at me if I pulled up to the track in a 4x4.. that doesn't even make sense..that 4x4 truck would wax his 2wd marked up by 10k.. dont shop here. They are all about the money, nit customer service at all!!! There service bay is the best I have seen, it's a shame I won't be coming back here after this.. and will be spending 85k on a truck elsewhere..

Bought a hyundai sonata back in November, was running great until engine locked up didn't even have the car for six months, no help from the dealership because I didn't get warranty. It's nice to know they sell cars with faulty engines!!! Was a long time buyer here, would not recommend this place!!!

don't buy hereI bought a truck here and sales person promised a truck bed. I was ignorant and did not signing paperwork for it but the salesman said trust me buddy I got you he said I don't know how if you know how this works, but it goes through several people and Ford. This was after we had finalized the sale for three weeks. I kept asking him about the truck bed and I keep getting excuses. I've been busy. I had to resubmit it finally after three weeks he stopped answering my text. I tried to talk to sales manager they will not answer the phone. They would not call back and they would not e-mail backThe general manager saying experience no one calls you back no one emails back no one picks up the phone. Now the sales person has been honest. Bed was not included the first time I would've asked he would've told me it's not in your contract I'll get you the runaround when I finally was able to talk to a sales manager, they told me they would call me back in a few days two different sales manager neither one called me back. This is a horrible experience not only with a lying salesperson, but the lack of customer service to even. Respect to pick up the phone and call. They just swept it under the rug.I would not recommend anyone buying here because even if you get a good deal, you will not get customer service. After the fact this is a one and done type of sale.

Mr. Chris Derrick and Vincent Willis are the reason for this review!First off Chris was spectacular, as a fellow sales associate (mattresses) I never once felt pressured, nor did I ever feel any of the negative feelings that are associated with with a large purchase. Chris was kind, professional and most importantly honest! For that sole reason I was at your dealership for almost 6 hours DETERMINED to purchase from this man. There is only ONE ford dealership in Oklahoma and that's METRO FORD!As for Vincent, my brother in Christ was always so honest and compassionate. This was my first car purchase and I truly felt like I walked out of his office a bit smarter yesterday. He was patient and took his time to really break down what I was getting into the best ways to go about My purchase and even helping me with my future with this truck. Vincent is the only person I'll ever want to deal with in the future for financing!Gentlemen bless you in Jesus name and thank you for the most wonderful experience. I've ever even seen at a car dealership. Let alone head in my life bless you both.

I originally had a great experience at this dealership. That all ended when I became interested in a warranty. I found that the vehicle I purchased had a warranty on it, and I can transfer that warranty to me. I worked with Vincente their finance manager to the warranty transferred. Over a couple of weeks, he seemed to figure it out, as I received a copy of the after-market warranty that the previous owner had purchased, and my name was on it. I also confirmed with Endurance Warranty that the warranty was active. I thought all was great. Few months later, I take my vehicle in for service, and they tell me the warranty was voided a month later because Metro Ford didn't submit the appropriate paperwork!!Then, these people have gaul to try to sell me a new warranty. I couldn't believe it. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU WILL REGRET ITUPDATE: Your response is completely false and shows how deceptive of an organization you are. You never sent me any document in relation to this transfer. I've repeatedly asked your management to show proof that you sent me a document to complete and you never provided it, as it was never sent to me. Why would I not complete a document that gets a warranty transferred at no cost to me? What you listed in your response is a complete lie, and further undermines your credibility.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LYING, CHEATING, and GROSSLY NEGLIGENT DEALERSHIP!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Purchased a 2021 Corvette with 6k miles on it and was told the factory warranty was intact. Come to find out the dealership KNOWINGLY neglected to flush the transmission oil despite what the mandatory service schedule says (every 3 years, car is a 2021 its 2025...) due to the vehicle having low miles. Upon bringing this to their attention their first and only response is the vehicle was sold as-is. So i explained how technically my warranty is void because they neglected to perform the necessary maintenance, and i was told the warranty is INTACT. which generally means the maintenance performed is UP TO DATE, which its not, and therefore they're guilty of misrepresentation if prosecuted, which i explained aswell. Even when on the phone with Rob, the pre-owned sales manager HE ADMITTED "We probably should have done the service". Well according to them, still none of their concern and a personal problem. So to court we go.
