I have done business with Metro a few times now. My sales expert was Vicki,. If you need any kind of tile or flooring needs, give them a call very professional, very knowledgeable an excellent local place for all your flooring and tile needs.

My husband and I recently moved and want to update the flooring in one of the rooms, so we came to this business, since it states it has vinyl planks, which we were interested in for this project. The woman who came over to us was extremely rude and dismissive. It was some of the worst customer service I've experienced, and we went elsewhere to buy our flooring. Over time we'll probably work on the bathrooms and make various upgrades, but I will not spend a dollar here. And I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I love supporting local businesses but never awful people.

I have done business with metro flooring before and was extremely happy when Steve was there. They have put wood floors, carpet, tile and we were always satisfied. I had them replace my kitchen floor last year, their workers damaged my refrigerator doors, refrigerator was 2 years old, it is an eye sore. I'm am still waiting on new doors. I guess they get tired of me calling so they switch me to different people. At this time I will refrain from names but I have dealt with three and have been getting the run around by each and everyone of them. Now I'm in the process of moving and buyers want it fixed also. So, far, I'm not getting a response back. One year folks, one year, come and look at the poor job on my carpet and damaged refrigerator before u decide to do business. I am beyond angry at this company.

This place sucks. They don't return calls, they don't show up when they schedule a day, and once they've screwed up for a long enough time they'll call Jeff. Jeff sucks worse than the rest of this place. His job is to fix problems and handle frustrated customers by not returning calls, not sending the workers out when he confirms a scheduled job day with you, and generally sucking at using technology. Don't call these people unless you enjoy constantly calling to remind them that they run a flooring service and that they agreed to do a job for you. Just an all around bad experience that resulted in an unfinished job. Piss poor. Zero stars.

Would give this business six stars if more were available. I couldn't be more pleased. I had a lot of angst during the process of selecting, installing and financing new floors: needed to do almost an entire house that had wall-to-wall carpeting for almost 30 years. My experience with Metro Flooring just couldn't have been any better: from my Sales Associate Janae who was prompt and helpful with selection, to the owner who made the large project affordable to the installers who were nothing short of exceptional at their craft; this has been one of the best experiences and best decisions of my life. Notwithstanding, it was not without stressors. Luckily, Metro Flooring came highly recommended to me so there were others who had walked through this process who helped me to navigate the steps (for example, just dealing with the dust during the take-up process). Likewise, I was dealing with some special nuances, pet odors for example, that needed to be addressed: and Metro Flooring assisted me with those. One caution I would make to future buyers: have a good idea what you want and work with a sales associate with your idea as a starting point. I am ever-so-grateful that Janae knew what I was looking for (price and style) and showed up with samples in tow at my house. To be honest, if I had gone into the showroom to look at these things I would've likely been overwhelmed and still likely weighing options instead of enjoying these amazing new floors. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and experience with Metro Flooring in Moore - they deserve the A+ rating that they have! They earned it.

Metro Flooring is the most awesome place I have ever found. My son was serving in Afghanistan when we decided to surprise him with a remodeled bathroom and completely new shower. We had planned things out several months in advance so we would have plenty time to get the project done. We had originally wanted to go to Metro Flooring but a friend had told us that only contractors could go there - they gave us the name of another contractor who promised us they could get the job done before he got home. It came down to two weeks before my son's return when the other contractor bailed on us - the plumber we found said we should check with Metro Flooring - we were filled in that ANYONE CAN GO THERE!!! I called Bill and explained our time sensitive situation - being the patriotic American he is he didn't hesitate - he said we will get it done. We came down to the store to take care of those little details that were left. They made it so easy - showing us easy matches - and perfect additions to make our shower absolutely perfect! It was an upstairs bathroom - but it still only took a couple hours to tear everything out - these guys were the utmost professionals - I didn't find a speck of anything left anywhere! The plumber came and did his part. The next day the Metro Flooring crew was back to start tiling! It was so exciting - they laid out a few different patterns and I got to pick the pattern I liked. These guys were awesome - I was so impressed - they kept everything so clean. My son's shower turned out beautifully! When he came home he said it seemed like the shower was twice as big - he loved everything about the whole bathroom. After the first of the year, I am ripping all the carpet out of my downstairs - I already know I will be going to Metro Flooring - IT REALLY IS THE BEST PLACE AROUND!!!!!! Besides all that - Bill and Metro Flooring made my son's homecoming perfect - for that I will always be grateful!!!!

I have dealt with Metro Flooring twice now and both times the folks I dealt with were very informative, did not pressure me, and gave solid info regarding my purchase. Both times they showed up as scheduled and their work was absolutely flawless. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their help. They made each experience a truly easy and enjoyable one.Please know that I found them by seeing their store from the interstate. I happened upon Metro Flooring while trying to find another source for our home remodel tile work and trying to fulfill my wife's desire for a specific brand/type of tile. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and far exceeded our expectations. He was definitely the most customer friendly/responsive of our contractors by far. I had the daunting task of renovating my new (old) house. One of the biggest concerns was flooring. I have searched hi and low for a high quality, reasonably affordable flooring option. From big box stores, to local mom and pops; estimates, estimates and more estimates. I can say that Metro Flooring had THE BEST selection and material/labor prices. Bill and his staff are the best! They worked with MY, not theirs, schedule to get my flooring installed. The install: I work in aviation engineering and quality assurance, and I have a keen eye for detail. As I walked around looking for any kind of discrepancy, much to my pleasure, I found none, not a single one!! The floors look so good, my wife cried when she saw them for the first time! I have already recommended Metro flooring to a close friend of mine. I would stop your search now, and go see Bill. His team of experts will ensure your flooring selection and install goes off without a hitch. I know there is only one stop for me, when I'm ready to finish my bathrooms.

So glad that I found Metro Flooring after months of dealing with Beckett Brothers & getting no where. Steve at Metro was so friendly & helpful. We had a wood floor repair job but our existing flooring had been discontinued & luckily Metro had the best match for a replacement. Our order came in promptly & installation was scheduled just as quickly. Installation went well & the crew was very concerned about doing a good job & making sure we were pleased. Couldn't ask for better all around service!!
