A no frills gym! I bought a 7 day pass while out of town. It was easy to get setup and the staff was great. I'll definitely use them again when I'm in town.

Overall this is a very clean fitness center. The front desk staff is really helpful, professional and friendly. The reduced hours and conflicting information regarding hours of operation are really frustrating. At this point, I am not seeing the staff roving about cleaning like they were when the center reopened. I think that they need to extend hours or reduce the high end monthly fees.

We have received healthcare here since it opened. We belong to the fitness center and they have so many machines to workout there. You have an option of hiring one of the techs private lessons. We have never been there when all machines are being used. Easy to get into the center. I love the swimming there. There is a room that staff work with clients re: physical therapy. Three lanes of workout pool. A gradual deep from ~ 1' to 5' deep. Two not tubs to relax your body post workout. Monica is my favorite instructor in the aerobic aquatics sessions. So many equipment help you are there for you. Especially nice dressing rooms!

This used to be an excellent facility. Over the last few years, it has been poorly-maintained, and it shows. Broken lockers, lack of towels and poor management has taken its toll, and facilities, equipment and training programs that were once available have been reduced or eliminated altogether. The most valuable asset to this facility was the aquatic center, containing 2 pools, and a hot tub. It was only in service half of time during the 2 years I belonged, but it was often closed due to malfunctioning filtration or ventilation. The black mold around the ceiling air filters was visible from day one, and never addressed. After months of stringing members along to wait for the aquatic center renovation, they finally admitted it was to expensive to repair and closed the aquatics area for good. And just in time for summer, too. I notice they still have pictures of it in their promotional literature on this site. DO NOT JOIN THIS CENTER, there are so many better ones in the Edmond vicinity.

I have been a member in the past and had no complaints. Today I went in with my husband to rejoin. It is pricey, but in our opinion worth it due to the convenience of location, having plenty of options and equipment, and a great area to get ready in on the days you can't go straight home. My only complaint is that there was a very nice guy helping us, but his shift was basically over and he needed someone to relieve him. I wasn't aware of this until about five minutes later when a rude guy showed up, and told him to finish that membership. The polite guy said he would, but he needed to be somewhere else. When I realized what was going on, I spoke up and told them we were fine with rude guy taking over. He still refused. Polite guy got us a little further along, but was checking people in and trying to complete our app at the same time. Finally, he told the guy he had to go. Rude guy finished app, but still tried to bash the other guy about leaving him with getting us signed up.Several other employees came to work the desk during that time. If shifts change on the hour, they were several minutes late. Perhaps rude guy was pulled off of another job to help at the desk, but he seemed to know what he was doing and could have took over in a polite and professional manner. If I hadn't been a member there before, we probably would have left.

I've been going to this gym twice a week for the last year. The facility is clean, and the equipment is high quality and in good condition. There is a 25-meter lap pool, an exercise pool, a hot tub and a sauna. Upstairs there are three exercise rooms, an area with treadmills, bikes, an erg, a 1/12-mile track, weight machines, freeweights, and other miscellaneous equipment. Included with your membership are yoga, spin, and other types of exercise classes. The yoga classes have a fun atmosphere and the instructors are professional and accommodating. The pool and exercise classes do get full at some of the more popular times, but I have yet to wait more than 15 minutes for a lane to open up, and I can always modify my routine if I need to. In the year I have been using this gym, there was one week where the locker room was closed, one week where the pool was closed, and one week where the pool heater was broken (brrr!). As to the rudeness of the staff mentioned by other reviewers, I have yet to experience this, and hope I never do. The staff has always been accommodating of my needs, even allowing me to keep my motorcycle helmet behind the front desk since it won't fit in the lockers. The biggest con I have is actually the expense, but for a clean gym with all these amenities, it is worth it to me. Overall, this is a nice gym in a convenient location that I will probably keep using as long as I live nearby.

This was once a first class gym. It still looks pretty nice but it's poorly run. There seems to be a major lack of communication within management. No one ever knows what's going on from the front desk people to the managers. It once had a great group fitness program with a wide variety of classes and great instructors. Now a lot of those classes and instructors are gone. Classes are cancelled randomly. Why no sub?The water program is just as unorganized. The personal trainers are lazy and hide from the members. So sad it's in such decline.
