I have been a customer of Michelle's for close to a year now. I have been getting lash extensions for over 10 years. I am incredibly picky about who I select and how I want my lashes done. With that, I am also a very, very loyal customer. I knew after my first session that I was going to come back over and over and over again... And here we are today! Just got my fill this morning. You are with an absolute top-shelf, five-star, expert in the industry by coming to Michelle. She takes excellent care of you because she listens, runs a beautiful store, and genuinely has a heart of gold that cares about people.

Michelle is AH-MAZING! I contacted her last-minute from the day before and she responded instantly and got me an appointment w/ her the next day. I was looking for a refill, and didn't have much expectation and told her that I trust her expertise in selecting what would work best for me...And she did not disappoint! Her final product looked soooo good, yet so natural. It also helps that she is super warm and friendly, so it was great chatting with her the entire session. Would definitely be back! Best lash experience ever! I called Michelle after finding myself without a lash stylist as everyone was booked out for weeks. She was so pleasant and accommodating. Despite my crazy schedule and her being super booked she was able to squeeze me in 2 days after I called her - even moving one of her usual clients to earlier so that I didn't have to rush and worry about being late! Talk about service! She also took the time to review my activity level, exactly how I wanted my lashes to look and made sure I was happy with them before leaving. Michelle is a true professional - she loves her job and you can tell she doesn't just do it for the money. She is not only sweet and fantastic at what she does but awesome to chat with too! This is definitely THE place for lash extensions! Seriously, I never post positive reviews but Michelle deserve it! So glad I found her and will definitely be returning.
