Great community center with a great staff. Outdoor splash pad for the kiddos. Outdoor basketball courts and walking trail. Indoor basketball court that's free to the public.

Ugh.I WAS going to give this park 4 stars.. But it quickly got demoted within 20 minutes. In OKC, it is in the middle of a rough neighborhood. I was visiting nearby and I decided to take a detour and bring my toddler to play. I googled nearby parks and this is what I got. UGH. Decent parking. Nice playground, safe even for the littler ones. This park has seating, pavilions, and a splash pad. Not to be confused with the daycare on the property that ALSO has a playground. Now. I love parks, but even my toddler was FULLY aware of how bad the trash was. And I quote, "EWWWW MOMMY TRASH." So, to no surprise, being the good boy he is (almost three) he walked around picking up ALL SORTS OF TRASH. it's pretty bad. Literally no matter where I look I can see some. What's even worse, is BROKEN GLASS! in several DIFFERENT areas... Good thing I don't let my son run barefoot. It's as if people drink and smash the bottles here.. Hmmmm..... Don't think I'll come here again. Also don't really recommend due to the state of the park and the area its in. I hate giving bad reviews like this. But really, it's a place for children and it's really not safe with all the glass and litter EVERYWHERE!

I'd love to add more stars but this weed & seed neighborhood is still striving to get better. I went to the elementary school mere feet from here. The area is being added to by housing authorities who want to make ownership a reality. The desire for a better park is kept up by the okc neighborhood coalition who pick it up on a regular time frame. However if you come during a holiday or three day weekend expect some chaos. The facilities include a walking track, a playground, basketball court and a lively splash park. The gym is open during business hours like 9-5 but you may call first to check times and programs! The area deserves a nice relaxation spot.
