We went back for a second time just to give them a chance and the customer service was much better! We got a great deal on pizza, it was fresh and there were various options. A good meal. Thank you for stepping it up!!

I am a RN and only get 30 min lunch I ordered a sandwich and chips the guy said 20 min I stopped by after 15 min and the guy said it would be 15 more min. I told him I only get 30 min for lunch so I had to cancel my order and I starved the rest of the day because I had no time to order from anywhere else after I wasted my entire lunch time on Mazzio's I absolutely do not have a single good thing to say to them and I told everyone at work about the poor service. I will not give them my business or waste my time on them ever again!!! If you plan to order from here I suggest you don't or order a day or week ahead then maybe then you will get you simple sandwich and chips on time to eat!!! Absolutely disgusted with the service!!!!!!!!!

I'm honestly so disappointed in this Mazzio's location. I'm a big fan of the chain and think the food is always great but the customer service here is awful. EVERY SINGLE booth had junk all over it and as we still sit here, (with 11 customers in total) all booths have still not even been touched. Such poor customer service. Awful! Quit standing around and clean!

Ugh. How can you claim to serve pasta and then run out of it??? Bathrooms NASTY. Teenagers who have NO idea how their menu reads or how to take orders. Please. Don't bother. Hit the Braum's down the street instead. Can I give half a star?

After seeing such negative reviews about this restaurants, you're always so hesitant to go somewhere, but after stepping in and ordering pizzas and the salad bar, I can safety say all those negative reviews were just bad days, I was greeted with a warm hello and took my order in a few minutes sat down and waited for my pizza to arrive. My Pizza Arrived in 15 minutes and was delicious! thank you!

This was the worst experience I have every had at a restaurant!!! It took over 30 minutes for my wife & I to get our order. I could understand if the place was busy but when we arrived at 3:35pm there was only one person in the place. We order a medium pizza, pasta dish , and garlic bread. It took the girl that checked us out 20 minutes to let me know that they were out of the penna pasta and needed to substitute the lasagna pasta. I did notice that 2 teens arrived a few minutes after us and they got their pizza before us. At 4pm I go up to check our order and I even asked if they had a lot of to go orders to explain the delay. The staff did not say much and no apology, we finally got our food at 4:09pm. We are so disappointed.

I walked in with my 6 year old daughter to enjoy the buffet. We were not greeted after standing by the counter for several minutes. Apparently there was a spat going on between an employee and customer. The staff kept saying "I knocked the shit out of him". No one ever acknowledged us, but kept discussing the spat, so we left. I understand that things happen when working with the public, but remember to pay attention to customers. And watch foul language in front of the public especially children.

I came for just the Salad Bar, and it was EXCELLENT! 4 out of 5 stars only because they had no Bleu Cheese dressin; however, the Ranch Dressing was excellent as always.

My son and I have been eating at mazzios buffet for 4 yrs. The pricing is different every week. The manager has no skills w training her workers on discounts for seniors or children. This week price went up again, and finally got out her there was a price increase 4 days ago. She represents mazzios but claimed I accused her of price changing. I guess she doesn't get that you means the company. This may not be a big deal to her, but as a senior, I have a set income. My son likes to eat there.

We called and ordered an hour ago! We came to pick it up and they had the order wrong. Okay no big deal they can fix it...or they can try. They messed it up again what we ordered was a large cheese dipper with bacon. What did we get a small cheese dipper with bacon. We sent it back to get it fixed well they came back with a large cheese dipper loaded and tried to give up that wth if that's what we wanted we would've ordered that. All we want is a large cheese dipper with bacon! how hard is that dear lord just don't come here they never get the order right!!
