Came to get some sandwiches and a pizza carry out and it was extremely slow. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes but when we came inside it looked like there were tons of tables that hadn't got their pizza yet. We kept thinking the next one was ours, but they took it to a table. We got the email confirmation at 11:46 am and it's now 12:16. Definitely more than a 2 minute wait for our food. It looked like there was only one person at the counter and one in the back. They need some more workers for sure. I feel bad for the workers having to do it all by themselves, but they should have the times adjusted if they can't keep up with orders. The inside is super old and looks like it did many years ago.I tried a sandwich this time and my boyfriend got a pizza. The pizzas was cold and the sandwich was pretty gross. It tasted like the bread was left out for a few days. They used to have good sandwiches, but not anymore. The ranch is always good. Oh yea and they got our order wrong. My mom's sandwich was supposed to come with chips and have ranch on the sandwich instead of may and mustard, but both came with fries and had the regular dressing. Won't be back any time soon.

Been coming here for years but had forgotten about it, since covid.We came alittle after 1 and didn't remember they stop buffet at 1:30.They didn't have much out that wasn't cold. Nice enough to offer to make us a new one.Very happy , she came out with 2 or 3 kinds! We do eat alot so we dug in.I just think she went above and beyond what was expected.Pizza was good.Confusion with the plates.She will have our buss again. We will make sure it's a earlier lunch time!Thank you Mazzios

Chef's salad came with iceberg lettuce, sliced lunch meat and hard cheese, the picture on the website which is why I ordered the salad doesn't look like what I got however the description of a chef's salad on the website doesn't match the picture either. Kinda expensive for iceberg lettuce & sliced lunch meat with a small bit of cheese.

Mazzios is one of our fav places for a quick delivery option close to home! They are always consistent with their food and delivery is speedy. I can't speak for dining in, as we have never done this. My personal favs are the chicken wings and the cauliflower crust pizzas and of course the RANCH [I could drink it]

They typically do pretty good. Even with the Coronavirus pandemic they seem to stay pretty busy I've only had one negative experience here and it was today. I called the number and I ordered like normal (my boyfriend and I have ate here probably 4 times in the past month) the employee told me they don't have pepperoncinis anymore although they had them 3 days ago and I can't see them not selling them anymore since then and when I ordered a chicken alfredo he sort of rudely interrupted me and asked me if I would like the chicken alfredo bake. Since I left off the word bake he made me clarify I wanted the chicken alfredo BAKE instead of the 6 cheese bake, lasagna, spaghetti, or meatball. He told me they were doing curbside pick up only, got the color, make, and model of my car, and said it would be 20 minutes. We get there 30 minutes later and are setting outside for about 10 more minutes and in that time 3 people had walked inside and got their orders so I went inside and the cashier was standing there looking right at the door where I'm parked right outside with her arms crossed and when I asked about my order she turned around and grabbed it from the counter right beside her and said here you go. Then it didn't have my extra sauces so I asked my boyfriend to go get the sauces since we paid extra for them. I told him to get 2 creamy Italians and he came out with 2 ranches and 2 Italians and said that's what she gave him I went back inside and said I had paid for 2 creamy Italians and she gave me a box with 4 of them and just seemed irritated that she was there and like I was being a bother. Usually everyone is great and it's a great experience but this last experience just rubbed me the wrong way. The food was still really good. Addicted to the cinnabolis. If you order anything here you HAVE to get the cinnabolis. They're like cinnamon rolls but it calizone form and the icing is amazing.

I haven't been to a Mazzio's in years, but I called-in an order here recently because I was nearby and hungry. I ordered the Napoli with Alfredo sauce instead of red sauce. It was delicious. One of the best pizzas I've had in a while. They had it ready to go quick, just about 10 mins from when I placed the order to the call center. I called the store number but the call-center answered.

Long line to pay, no pizza on the buffet initially, salad bar was not fresh, and manager was on his phone the entire first 15 minutes or so while other employees worked feverishly to get the line down and buffet full. A few minutes later I noticed the manager going through the salad bar. This all during noon rush. While food was what was expected, the service today was not good.

Food quality, sad, calling the number provided for said store no outcome.was told ever number gets sent to corporate "during bust hours, Is it the driver's fault?

No pizza was left out for the whole buffet the salad bar is a disgusting the sauce on the pizza taste spoiled there's literally nobody cleaning poor attitude with the cook in the back with the curl

I would rate this a zero star if it was available. 11:35 Buffett. NO PIZZA. Waited 5 minutes an a cheese pizza came out. But nothing else. By the way, no large crowds, no buses, a limited crowd. Waited another 5 minutes asked about the pizzas for the buffet. More on the way. I asked how long? 10 minutes or so. Asked for my money back, ok but I will have to wait. So I got my money back and left, there were still no pizzas on the buffet.So then I google Mazzio's complaint line and call it. Guess what! Automated menu had to go through several items Then guess what had to leave a message. Wow, the poorly run local store is operating just as corporate. Poor service.
