I knew what I wanted walking in a nice sturdy bookcase! As I entered I was greeted and left to browse. as I looked through out the clearance items, cause yes, I'm looking for a deal. I found a bookcase (right size and color) and knew it was it. I noticed a young man walking around with a pad, he appeared to be marking items down, I approached him and asked about the bookcase and he took $100 bucks off on the spot! It's my lucky day, I got what I wanted and made room in clearance for more great merchandise!

My wife an I were on a pretty tight budget with the purchase of our new home. We went to Mathis Brothers Outlet and was very surprised by the quality, high fashion and wonderful prices we found.Needless to say, none of this wouldn't have happened without the amazing customer support and great service we received in the store from Jalen and his crew!! Honestly, it was a blessing that we came back to Mathis Brothers after shopping around for 3 days. Service was extremely helpful, modeled the furniture, I took time to explain the breakdown of each piece and the different fabrics and colors.Will not go anywhere in the future. I highly recommend this store and the young man "Jalen" to help you when you walk in the door. His partner and the manager worked as a team to made it all come together for us and we cou Abe happier. Delivery will happen within the next 10 days and I will keep you posted. 10/10 STARS SO FAR!!

Don't EVER buy anything with vinyl at Mathis Bros. They let everything sit out in their hot warehouse and the vinyl becomes brittle! And good luck trying to get anywhere with customer service!! The rudest people ever. They couldn't care less! We are a couple on disability (fixed income) we pulled out of our savings to purchase what we thought would last us till we're dead. Now, we're stuck with furniture that's literally falling apart! And good luck talking to Rit Mathis or anyone above the peons.

They are waiting at the door to sell you something, but after you have signed on the dotted line that''s all you gonna get you wont get anywhere with their , customer service. In my situation I called twice, was left on hole 9 min 44 seconds, left message with my saleswoman never get a return call (after the sale) went into the store lastly, explained to the manager on call (RON) that I was very unhappy and expected some kind of response within a few days, got nothing. I am appalled at Mathis Bros a pillar in the state as long as I can remember. I purchased a bed and the base for the bed should have a ''retainer bar'' to keep the mattress from sliding off the base, well it didn't, YES this was a purchase as is and I bet that is what they will be standing on that it was a PURCHASE AS IS, but this is a safety mechanism, and the manager assisting the saleswoman knew that, I didn't, I have never purchased a base for a mattress before, should I have bought a mechanic and requested a test drive? they claimed to be concern that I get a better night sleep void of back pain, how disgusting they are to me, let it be known that I am a (seniors senior) living on social security, mourning the loss of two children, and expressed that to Maria the sales woman who offered her condolences, THEN, I hope the Mathis Boy's are happy with a few extra dollars so they can build another store to rip off another great grand mother.

I ventured here looking for sectionals and while I didn't find a sectional I did find a fabulous lamp that was originally retail value of $498 (who in their right mind would pay that) for $77!! There was absolutely nothing wrong with it and it is a solid heavy lamp. I just couldn't resist!They had a very great selection of decorative accents, artwork, lamps, mirrors, etc. I was more impressed by their home accessories offered rather than their actual furniture. They had a random selection nothing very consistent. If you liked one chair inside you couldn't find a second but that one chair was greatly reduced in price to make up for it. I dealt with Wick who was very friendly and not salesman pushy like some of the others I noticed in there were being. The store was very big they even had mattresses inside!

I took my 81 yea old mom here to buy her things for her apartment..they tried to sell her things she could not use...and than on delivery they messed up the order sent Two fireplace insertsnot the fireplace....call and got nothing but the run around this was the doing not so I drove to the store and they were not willing to make it right I have bought almost $10,000 In items for two homes...it's like what I had to say did not matter I will NEVER BUY from them again...SO SAVE YOURSELF AND GO TO BOB MILLS WHERE I WILL GO FEOM NOW !!!!

I am writing to formally address a significant issue I have encountered regarding a recent purchase from Mathis Brothers.My spouse and I visited the store and purchased a sectional sofa under the impression that it was new. We were shown pricing indicating it originally cost $1300, with a discounted price of $999 if we opted for the membership. We agreed to the purchase and were informed that delivery would occur within two weeks.Unfortunately, the delivery process was marred by inconsistent scheduling and changes. When the sectional finally arrived, to our dismay, we discovered that it was not new but used, with noticeable stains. This was highly disappointing and not in line with what was promised during the purchase.Immediately following the delivery, we contacted customer service and expressed our dissatisfaction. We were assured that a replacement could be arranged. We were given a new delivery date of June 21st. Regrettably, this date came and went without any communication or delivery.After following up in-store, we were informed that the delivery was not scheduled as promised. A new delivery date was then set for July 1st. On the scheduled day, during the pickup process, a single water roach was discovered on the sectional the heat cause it to come inside and the delivery team refused to proceed, leaving us with the unwanted, old, and stained sofa. They decided to continue the swap as long as it was clean, and they would swap the couch for the new one this upcoming Friday.However, once the new one arrived, we found out that it was also used and had some minor damage. At this point, we were fed up and decided to cancel everything.This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening, especially considering the premium we paid for what we believed would be a new piece of furniture. Horrible experience would not recommend stay away.

We had our furniture delivered and there were missing parts. The sales person never responded when contacted about the issue. We did contact customer service and supposedly they were ordered. Here we are 2 months later and STILL do not have the missing pieces. We have called the store multiple times to check on the order and cannot get a straight answer for when they will arrive. We would return the furniture and get a refund if we could. 0/10 do not recommend

These furniture importers have been ruining Oklahoma City in the surrounding areas with low quality furniture for a long time.Not a day goes by where we don't wish that we had bought real furniture from an honest seller.They sell it it falls apart. Not something I can recommend. Due diligence take everything apart have a good look before you buy
