If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Through my State Farm Roadside Assistance I set an appointment for them to come get my car at SEVEN THIRTY IN THE MORNING so that I would be first in line to be looked at at the dealership service department. But since the driver showed up and had ZERO idea what he was doing.. HE LEFT MY CAR AND DID NOT RETURN TO GET IT UNTIL ELEVEN THIRTY! Which means the dealership service department can't even look at my car until tomorrow. So here I am living three hours from my whole family, new to OKC so I have no friends, with no car, and my repairs set back ONE WHOLE DAY because of one man's stupidity. NOT TO MENTION HE CAUSED ADDITIONAL DAMAGE TO MY CAR!!! This place is a joke! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
