Masters House Art & Frame

First of all, I had no idea where to get my item framed. It was a sales notice from when my grandmother sold her farm 70 some years ago. It was a special piece. I've had things framed before but always in my hometown of Holdrege, Ne. I just wanted someone who could see the value, if only sentimental. She took the time with me to pick out exactly what I wanted and showed me the different glass and the backing that would look good. She invested a lot of time with me making sure it would be perfect. And it was! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for framing! Moore has a gem with this place! I picked the piece up today and it has a special pla e in my dining room! Thanks! You're the best!

I couldn't be more thrilled with Masters House. The owners are wonderful people who genuinely love what they do. I came in with a budget and they worked with me until the cost neatly fit within what I could afford. I had them frame a fragile 147 year old map for my husband's birthday and Masters House did not disappoint. They handled the map with extra care and used conservation framing to preserve it. The result was so beautiful, so stunning, I couldn't form a coherent sentence for several minutes. My husband was equally in awe. I happily recommend Masters House for any framing needs. They will treat you like family and will give you the highest quality work you can find.

I was in need of a professional frame to be custom made with a plexiglass box over it. At first it was hard to find someone who was a professional at this and also who took pride and joy over their craft. Soon after searching for hours I stumbled across masters house art & frame. They treated me like I was family and kept me up to date with all my progress. I definitely recommend checking out their shop! It was great decision going to a small establishment business instead of going to a huge corporation frame company like Michaels, they will you treat you better and they are the professionals in this industry. This place is perfect for those who are need of quality work with awesome service.

Originally were told the piece would be finished around late August. Called to check on it, were given a story about ordering the wrong part or being delivered the wrong part. No problem, don't care. Just wanted some communication. The time it took has never been an issue, but the owners consistently said to us that they would reach out to us "later" or "tomorrow" with an update and we never heard back a single time. We always had to call. I finally sent a strongly worded email and shockingly.. the piece was finished the next day. The shop has still not apologized for the lack of communication, even though they have been given several chances. They responded to another review with "blah blah blah the supply chain because COVID." I DONT GIVE A HOOT ABOUT THE SUPPLY CHAIN. JUST PICK UP THE PHONE AND SHOW SOME RESPECT AND FOLLOW THROUGH ON YOUR WORD. FOR FUCKS SAKE

Just picked up the 5th item that Sharon and her husband have framed for me over the past 3 years, and per usual it looks amazing! I came across this gem of a framing shop about 3 years ago when I moved to OKC and everything that they have done has been top notch. Sharon takes the necessary time to meet with you on the item you want framed and I always feel like they spend more than ample time with each of their customers to understand your desires for your one of a kind piece. Many of the big box stores see you as another number to move through their framing process, but Sharon and Steve, her husband, have been doing this for along time and take the time to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want and believe me they know what works and what does not. I will continue to use Sharon and Steve for anything that I need framed in the OKC area. Thank you guys for the exceptional job and the amazing work that you have performed on my one of a kind pieces.
