We have used Marshall Fence twice. Once when we bought a home in Piedmont in 2008 and again just recently when my daughter bought a new home. Our experience has not been anything like some of the other reviews I see on here. I really can't remember the man's name we were just dealing with but he did everything he said he would, when he said he would do it, and it looks great. I could not be any more happy with our deal. The communication was excellent and accurate.

This company put up my back neighbors new fence. Looks great....however, they did not put the replacement fence where the previous fence was so now I have gaps where my dog can get out due to the neighbors new fence. They may have cleaned up her yard (not sure) but they left a lot of dirt work to now be done in MY yard. They started the project around 2pm on one day, only setting posts and leaving both yards completely open, with NO thought of our animals. They returned the next day, again in the late afternoon, at which time they left ME a mess to fix and clean up. Thanks, but no thanks for the mess you made. We will be posting on social media and telling everyone we know. Have a nice day.

Do not use these people! Horrid Horrid customer service!!! The owner (or his son, cocky jerk who acted like he owned it) was rude and condescending. Had to hire another fence company to come fix their shoddy work after Marshall Fence refused to honor their warranty. The fence started falling apart only a month after construction and continued to fall apart over the coarse of the next few months. Do not use these people... poor construction, dishonest and deplorable customer service.Response to Mikes Comment:Hello Mike. Firstly, forgive me, I just now saw your comment on this review. I went to your website to ensure that I had the right company. The logo on our fence is in fact the same as the one shown on your website as is the phone number. The man who came out to our property to check the fence came out with an older gentlemen as well. The younger man stated that it 'could have' been wind knocking down panels left and right therefore the warranty wouldn't be honored. (wind... in Oklahoma... how incredibly convenient) I then asked why there weren't center nails in any of the slats and he told me that our builder told him not to put any to save on costs. Oddly, I called our builder that same day and he said absolutely not and he came out himself and put nails in each and every slat around the entire acre. And wouldn't you know... we have never in three years had another panel fall. The builder was ticked off to find out that there weren't any and wondered what else had been skipped on. So... it is my understanding, taking in all the facts given and the arrogance that was shown to me that day as I tried to ask for our warranty to be honored... that you were paid for a job and decided to cut corners by not putting in center nails in the slats. When the panels began to fail because of it, you blamed the wind and told me the warranty didn't cover it. You wanted to charge me $150 to come out to put one panel back up that was laying on the ground that I couldn't put back up because my husband was out of town for 3 weeks. When the secretary relayed that info to you, forgetting to put me on hold btw, you chuckled and said "ah... add $50 if she wants it done before her husband gets back"... uh, ya.... that was the point, I needed it done before hand. My husband could do it himself if he was here. He had put back up the other 6 that had fallen previously. Once I heard that you were basically going to take advantage I decided to hang up. I then called another company who came out the next day. Charged me $65 to not only put up that panel... but went around the entire acre and secured others that were loose. He was the one that told me the reason they were falling was because of the missing center nails. So, ya... sorry... the review sticks. I used the term 'you' in this review-- Honestly... I looked at the video on your site and the guy in the video doesn't look like the guy that came out here from what I remember (it was a few years ago). But the guy that came out here was Mike Marshall... or so he said.

My experience with Marshall fence was disappointing. I had a very small job of replacing 2 poles on an existing chain-link fence. The original poles had been bent over and snapped at the bottom after a tree fell on it several years back. All in all, an easy enough job. They dug holes and placed the new poles right next to the old ones, and then removed the old ones - no problem there. However, they failed to remove the piles of dirt from digging the new holes, and left the piles on the grass, which would kill the grass. Also, I had a row of concrete paver blocks running the length of the fence in the ground, and they had to pull 2 of these up to dig the holes. When I noticed that they did not remove the piles of dirt, or attempt to replace the 2 concrete paver blocks, I called the sales manager. I asked if cleaning up (i.e. removing the piles of dirt), and replacing the dis-placed blocks was not part of the job? He agreed that it was, and promised they would come out to take care of it. No problem I thought, we're all human and they just forgot. After several promises to come out and take care of it, I received an email stating that it was "hard to justify" sending a "crew" out for such a small job ( 1 person for maybe one hour was all that would be required ), and suggested that I could maybe just do it myself. How arrogant that he had the nerve to suggest that. This left a bad taste in my mouth, and I let him know that in an email, and copied the owner, Mike Marshall. Mike asked for pictures, which I sent. His ultimate reply was that in his 12 years of building fences, my complaint was a first, and that "dirt happens", meaning I could just deal with it! Of course this is ridiculous customer service, and I told him as much. His sales manager, David, had already agreed that this was part of the job, and now here's the owner telling me it's not. I don't expect to ever hear from these guys again - I should have reserved payment until they came out and finished - total BS. Bottom line, I would not recommend a company that does not finish their work, and when you press them on it, they tell you to do it yourself. Oh yeah, and their motto is "The Bitterness of Poor Quality Lives Long After The Cheap Price is Forgotten"! How ironic! There's plenty of fence companies out there - I would stay away from these guys!

Mounted my fence 6" off the ground and in even several places. The gates sag and blow open because of their cheep method of closing gates. For 8000.00 you would expect more. They came out to fix it but did nothing. I used them because of their Christian Standards but that seamed to slip.

Absolutely avoid this company at all cost! I live in Valencia neighborhood in Edmond and Marshall Fencing clearly won the bid for the neighborhood because they are cheap (not inexpensive). Not only have I witnessed a dozen of our neighbors fence blow over, but I have had 4 separate fence panels blow down. When I go to repair them, some of the panels were poorly spaced on the post! And when I say poorly spaced, I mean that one panel was covering 3/4 of the post and the other panel barley had any room to attach to.And did I mention that the fence is less than 3 years old? I shouldn't have to go fix 4 panels on something so new. They are an absolute joke and should have to replace the fences in Valencia for all the broken fences.

Emailed with the owner. Time wasted and lies for excuses. I hope their fence builders are better than the owner is with potential customers. Owner then asked if I was interested in receiving a free quote. LOL, Really? I gave two stars due to the owners "attempt" to make it right after 10 days of delays.
