Chris from Marquis Furniture gave amazing customer service to my aunt today who was in the market for a new recliner. You see she has cancer on her spine which makes it unbearable to sleep in a bed so she had to have a comfortable recliner to sleep in. It was suppose to take a couple of days to get it delivered but after Chris saw how much pain she was in he asked if they could make it happen same day! Because of Chris and Marquis furniture she might get the rest she so desperately needs tonight! Thank you again to everyone at Marquis Furniture that made this happen for her!

Hidden Gem. Heard about this place on an ad on tv early in the morning. So glad I did. They have a huge selection and a good old fashioned group of Oklahoma folks as salesmen. So nice. Not stalking you. There to help when you call them. Great pricing. Quality furniture in all ranges of pricing. Looking for elegant no problem. Looking for rustic they've got you covered. Even that brand new bed. Don't forget to ask for Tracy. She's fabulous!!!

I have worked in jewelry and have also worked in car lots. Both require basic customer service to sell any sort of product to any potential buyer or long term clientele.I was dismayed and disappointed when my presence in the store wasn't even acknowledged. I could have ran through the love-seat section stark naked and a glance wouldn't have even been tossed in my direction.The one time an employee even bothered to notice my presence was to give me a look as I was an inconvenience.I walked around the store, received no help, left.I would prefer to spend my money in small Oklahoma chains but will instead spend my money at larger furniture chains and outlets where my presence is at least acknowledged and I can find help when searching for a piece.

We've been seeing commercials for Marquis for years. And on every single commercial, they talk about discounts on a "bedroom suit." As in, "a complete bedroom suit, only $499!" Hey guys, you'd command a lot more respect if you knew how to pronounce the very things you're trying to sell. The term is "bedroom suite." The word "suite" is pronounced "SWEET," not "SUIT." Say it with me: "Complete bedroom SUITE." Please.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU EXPECT ZERO SERVICE AND ZERO WARRANTY.We bought a couch on 2015-06-06. It was delivered three days later on 2015-06-09. It looked fine, but very quickly the cushions were messed up. They became lumpy and misshapen. We contacted them within a month or two of delivery. We've now spent more than a year calling them, being told they'll take care of it only for them to never call us back. We've been promised new cushions probably ten times or so, but still haven't received anything.
