Tried the empanadas and they were delicious. The filling tasted amazing and the empanadas were cooked to perfection. I also got a Frescolita, what a treat. I put in my order and was told a new batch would be ready in 10 minutes and it took exactly 10 minutes to have my number called, as promised.The food truck was at the Fiesta of the Americas, but I will sure find them at their normal spot to try some arepas and pastels

Really good food! I enjoyed trying cousine from this food truck. I would have liked for there to be a bit more flavor and maybe a tad bit more moist of chicken. Can't wait to eat here again sometime!
