Marco's Pizza

The customer service here is unmatched. By that I mean insanely ignorant. Every question is a follow-up of "Uhhhhhh" as if no one knows what they are talking about. The manager has a bad an attitude when asking questions. I get being frustrated, but why take it out on customers. Clearly asking question because I don't work there and I would like to know before I order. Truly infuriating.

Ordered a small bacon, jalapeños and extra cheese pizza through Uber Eats. receipt that came with pizza said the same as what I stated above but received a small mushroo, Italian sausage, green pepper, onion and pepperoni pizza. Called Marcos and spoke to a very rude lady who interrupted me and stated that whatever I put in the app is what I got. Well it wasn't what was put in the app and their receipt was correct just the wrong pizza. DO NOT use this location! thank goodness UberEats refunded me when I sent them a picture!

We ordered pizza and it took 2 1/2 hours to get to our house and when it arrived it was ice cold. they promised me a refund and it's taken almost a month and now they tell me again that there's nothing they can do about it and still no refund!!! I think it is very particular customer service and will not be back to eat anything from that restaurant

I've only had this as a delivery. Many, many delivery orders I hate to admit. Like all delivery orders, it's hit and miss. Usually a hit. The pepperoni magnifico specialty pizza is a household favorite. The okd world pepperoni add a crunch to the regular pepperoni. The sauce is always on point and the ingredients always taste fresh.The greek salad, extra feta, add chicken is a favorite of mine, personally. It's perfection in a container. Other specialty pizzas we've tried are the chicken florentino, the white cheesy, and the bacon double cheeseburger. Chicken florentino is great & a way to have a "different take" on pizza. The white cheesy is just ok. I wasn't real impressed. The bacon double cheeseburger is FANTASTIC, but greasy.The desserts are fabulous, so don't skimp!If you're willing to pay a little more than the other pizza delivery places, it's totally worth it.

The last two times I've ordered pizza it has been like warm to cold. The is the Marcos on 33rd and Bryant

I used to order here a few times a month for about 10 years, all the drivers were awesome, and the food was good. I quit ordering from here when an order was made wrong and the customer service of a young manager was possibly the worst I've ever had. Her people skills were nonexistent and she did not deserve her position. Combative might be a good way to describe her. She destroyed your business as I can see by all the reviews.

I do not recommend this specific location I noticed the same girl that was making my pizza touch money the computer and a window which she did not wash her hands at any time or put hand sanitizer and then she proceeded to touch the dough with her dirty hands she did!!!

Terrible customer service. After ordering online, went to check on the pizza and waited for about 5 minutes at the counter before I was helped. I was then told it would be ready in 8 minutes. About 30 minutes later checked again and pizza was still not ready. The manager kept saying it'll be ready in a minute and about 15 minutes later still was not ready. Manager did apologize but also gave excuses about being shorthanded etc. My response was if you're that shorthanded stop accepting orders and letting customers suffer. She did offer a certificate for free cheesy bread and pizza, but i refused because I won't be going back anymore and I got a refund at that point and went to a real pizza place.If all that wasn't enough, the line inside and in the drive thru were extremely backed up as well. I had waited in the drive thru line several minutes before going inside to check on the pizza, which was another long wait.On another note their prices are also too expensive as compared to nearly all of their competitors. This is the place to go for long wait times and high prices and poor customer service

Ordered a Carry out pizza two toping large,got home and my pizza has no cheese on it just dough tomato sauce and the two toppings I thought cheese comes automatically as a base ingredient, what is going on Marcos you started with good pizza and now it seems you don't care about your business.wont be back again to this location

I Placed my order online when I went to pick up my pizza they hadn't even made it yet. I literally sit in the drive-through for 25 minutes. Isn't that the whole purpose of placing an order online so you don't have to sit in the drive-through and wait? I got their version of a supreme the vegetables weren't even chopped up they were absolutely huge as a matter of fact they hadn't cut up anything on that pizza everything was a huge version. Of course I didn't discover this until I got home and opened my pizza I was very disappointed and I will never order pizza from this place again
