I needed florals for my husband's memorial service. I contemplated using an OKC florist in the Crown Heights area. Upon reflection I considered Madeline's, as I have driven past her shop for over 30 years and I wanted to keep my $ in Edmond, if possible. I was greeted quickly upon arrival and the designer listened to my ideas and needs. She asked for the budget and retired shortly to consult with others, returned and with her ideas along with mine we created an amazing presentation. The price was most reasonable! In May I had paid almost double this price for an arrangement with my mother's urn in a small town in Arkansas. And They delivered for $15! I would hands down recommend Madeline's for any project! I called at 930am 2/16. I needed a birthday arrangement for my Mom's 75th birthday. The ladies there got my order in quickly and for a great price. The flowers were gorgeous and mom really loved them .I had heard about this place through Facebook ads and have wanted to come here so many times. Now that I have,I can see why it's a fan favorite. Great servoce,service, shop with many vases ,gifts and plants to purchase too . I will definitely be back. Also, they do 10% military discount which I really loved.

They are so kind on the phone when you order and very helpful in ideas of arrangements in your price point. The flowers sent have been loved by the ones who have received them based on pictures and comments!!! Thankful to have a new florist since the one I have used for years has retired.

I went here for the first time to order flowers for my junior prom. Not only did they work past closing to help me decide how I wanted the flowers arranged, they were extremely patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. I was also given many alternatives that I loved and that would be more affordable for me. My flowers turned out absolutely stunning. Definitely recommend!

My son and I Just picked up a corsage that I had ordered. The corsage was nothing like we had talked about. My son even said, " this isn't what you said we wanted over the phone." The lady was not the friendliest when I had asked her if she could fix it. When we received the remake corsage, the flower had already fallen off when we pulled it out of the box, it looked like a toddler had done the job. We took it to another florist to see if they could help us and they said they have never seen anything done this poorly. I love supporting small business but won't with this company again. I guess, If you have low expectations, this is the place for you!

I had an issue with the first bouquet delivered. However, they called me and offered to send a new bouquet and upgraded the size. It was absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Madeline's!!
