DO NOT RENT WITH COMPANY. They are the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with and charge you additional fees. and BONUS- if you want to feel like a criminal or section 8 recipient, this is the place for you. They will not mention this when you get a home but they will pick and choose which home they want to do a random inspection on and claim its in their lease but it's NOT. They saw my home was in a nice condition and had to continue harassing me finding ways to get us out. Dara lied multiple times saying she got complaints from the HOA but could never back it up when i called her out on it. I eventually spoke with the HOA and nothing was under my name or address. I called Luxe and told them how the neighbors were drinking, fighting and busted out their windows with chairs. I was afraid for my children's safety, guess what Luxe did? They ignored my concern, never got back to me and put the broken window ON MY ACCOUNT. That's right! They charged me with the window and refused to take it off for months of me going back and forth with them. Finally my lease was over and I moved out. I left the home clean and also states in the lease contract I would be charged a cleaning fee on top regardless. No biggie to me. However, upon receiving my disposition, I saw two cleaning fees, PLUS even more additional charges. And you will get a kick out of this one, they charged me for dirt on the back porch. Yes, DIRT, in Oklahoma, on the slab. They took 3/4 of my deposit and charged so many ridiculous fees. Please, do not use this company ever. They seemed so nice and genuine when I first moved in and not even two months of being in the home it went downhill from there. -BCam

Be prepared to not receive any of your deposit returned after moving out. Never late on payments. House was in better shape when I left then when I moved in. They claimed stuff like, every drain was plugged up. A satellite dish and security camera that were on the house when I moved in and I did not use. They charged me for removing. Ridiculous.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dara and the team at Luxe. I live in another state and needed help securing housing for my father. It was a complicated situation. Dara and team were kind, compassionate and patient with him/us as we navigated this process. They were flexible and worked with us to find him a suitable home. He moved in about a month ago and they've continued to be helpful and responsive at every turn.

I rented a property with them in 2023 then ended up buying a house. My rent payments were always made on time and I also kept it paid 2 months ahead of time. When I broke the lease I paid the ridiculous fee to do so without a complaint.16 months after the fact I got a email from a debt collector. Mind you I have had zero communication up until this point. Not a phone call, not a email, not a letter literally nothing. When I call the office to find out why and what it is for nobody will talk to me. If yall cared so much about the $120 why not just try picking up the phone and calling me instead of having a debt collected harass me 16 months later. I would encourage anyone looking for a rental to look elsewhere.

I had been renting a duplex for over two years from Luxe. The lease started out rocky in that I had a water leak under my kitchen floor for over 3 weeks without being fixed properly. Luxe told me they would let me out of my lease if I wanted! Seriously, after moving in only weeks before? Finally, I told them I would be going to a hotel due to the water leak and I would take it out of my rent.... That's when the leak was then fixed, flooring removed, subfloor dried out and replaced by a different contractor. Next, the tenant on the other side of the duplex smokes inside 24/7, has a non working vehicle parked in the driveway for around a year and visitors 24/7. I emailed the property manager over a year ago about the smoking from the tenant next door and was told to keep emailing them with a paper trail which I have months now. They state they've done a walk through twice and magically didn't smell any smoke. I rented here specifically since the lease states there's no smoking inside of anything and must be 10 feet from the duplex to smoke. At this point I'm not sure why there's a lease if the property management doesn't install smoking sensors in all properties and doesn't care about a non working vehicle in the driveway. Due to my personal health conditions is the reason I agreed to the lease of NO SMOKING INSIDE the unit. So I currently have my doors open all day so I can breath fresh air since none of the windows open. Plus have an air purifier on high 24/7 and I still cough all day due to my allergies. Finally, I submitted a letter from my physician stating due to health concerns I needed to move. The visitors that came to see the tenant on the other side of the unit also hit my car 3 different times and never once came to tell me so I would randomly find my car had been hit since both tenants of the duplex share one driveway. Again, I was told Luxe would let me out of my lease! Seems very bizarre to enforce only specific parts of a lease and encourage people that adhere to a lease to move vs have everyone that sign a lease to adhere to all parts of the lease. There was also a leak in the roof which leaked through an air vent for over a year before it was repaired correctly to stop the leak..... finally a new roof since there were 4 layers of shingles.***** I did get all my deposit back since I wrote a letter requesting to the penny what I was owed and had the letter mailed with a return receipt. I also left my unit cleaner than when I moved in even leaving my dryer vent for the next tenant.

Don't do business with these folks, they aren't honest. On move in i was refused an inspection due to Covid. I recorded the condition of the house and shared it with the leasing company. During the lease the company changed to Luxe.At move out I had four days after the movers left to ensure everything was perfect. I was again refused an inspection. I was praised by the agent for the condition of the home. It was 100% move in ready.When the final account came it included patching holes in the walls and touching up paint. 100% a falsehood. Not a mistake, a lie. Broken toilet seats that in reality were only loose, same as when we moved in.I offered what I paid + $50 for a furnace filter but they chose to turn it over to a collection agency. Same as extortion. They said I didn't have to pay but it would go against my credit. There are other people to deal with. If you're forced to deal with them demand an inspection on both ends and don't trust them. Document it yourself and make them sign off on it.

Luxe has been awesome to work with!! We are moving from Texas to Oklahoma and were looking for a home to rent. We originally went through another agency because it's the one that our daughter used. It took them forever to get back with you... Sometimes they never did. The lady at Luxe always answers the phone! I dealt with Dara and Cameron... They were both great! Dara was so refreshing to deal with! She literally did everything she said she would do! If she said, "I'll call you back", she did (everytime... Without Fail!!) She was so pleasant and kind, it made a stressful time much more bareable. Cameron also did everything that he said he would do! What a great team!!! I truly do not see how there are negative reviews? If you are looking for a home to rent GO TO LUXE 1ST! They actually rent homes... You can see them dissappear from off the website... The other agency (ya'll I promise) has not rented a house in 3 weeks (no lie), but every house says "application received"... Yeah, I don't understandJUST GO TO LUXE YA'LL

I received a Security Deposit Statement from Luxe dated 9/10/21. On 9/20/21 I sent an email to them asking for a review of my final statement and questioning items I was charged for. They charged me $150 stating 1/2 of my Pet Deposit was non refundable. This is not reflected on the copy of the lease I signed, so I asked where it states this fee in the lease as it is not reflected on page 2 or page 16 of the lease. I was charged for a touch up paint. I don't see anywhere on the lease where I would be responsible for touch up painting. I had small nail holes in the walls from pictures I hung during my residency, which I filled with caulking prior to move out. Per the lease, I believe this would qualify as normal wear and tear. I have followed up with Dara Krug, the Property Manager in writing on 9/21, 9/29, received a reply regarding carpet on 9/30, asked about the above mentioned items on 9/30. I followed up 10/7, 10/12, and have left 2 voicemails now and feel I am being ignored.

As an owner, I've had a great experience with LUXE over the years. Crystal and team have been very professional. It's not an easy task to balance the needs of the tenants and the owners but I think they do a superb job. I believe this is because they genuinely care, which can be rarity in the property management business.
