Luigi's Italian Restaurant

Oh my gosh, this was an awesome spot for lunch. It is super hot here today in Weatherford, Oklahoma and we are passing through town. After looking at a few reviews, we decided that having a pizza and a salad would be the perfect lunch for today. When we walked in, I was blown away by the lounge area, which had these super comfy club chairs, and an absolutely gorgeous bar.We were seated immediately and our server was super friendly. We ordered a side Caesar salad and a pizza to split along with a couple of iced teas. Our server return very quickly with some Italian rolls and some olive oil dip with just the right amount of seasonings.Yum. The Caesar salad had a very tasty dressing and the pizza arrived very quickly after that. The crust was thin in the middle and had the big chewy. edges that were just perfect. It is a generous pizza, we were unable to finish it. Total bill was just under $28 so reasonably priced as well.If we lived in the area, we would be taking advantage of the family takeout specials as well as the Tuesday through Thursday happy hour!Great spot for a date night or getting together with friends for drinks

Oh my goodness this food was phenomenal! The ambiance was relaxing and yet elevated (pic below). The bread and oil with basalmic was delicious! Be careful to leave room for dinner! My son had their cheese pizza and loved it. I had the chicken parm and had to force myself to stop eating. Hubby had the chicken Marsala and said it was good! We didn't leave room for dessert which made us sad because then we realized they had homemade tiramisu. Next time we will stop. I enjoyed the lemon drop martini which was good-they definitely didn't skimp on the alcohol-it was strong! Our service was excellent, fast and courteous.

Our pizza was fabulous!! We ordered a supreme pizza to go while staying in a nearby hotel. Last time we stayed overnight in Weatherford, we ordered a pizza from a chain restaurant. Luigi's pizza was so much better. The crust was melt in your mouth delicious and the cheese was better quality than what you get from most chain restaurants. It had just the right amount of ingredients. I expected a supreme pizza to be more loaded with ingredients, but it seemed to not have a full order of each ingredient, but just a variety of ingredients. We were fine with that because the cheese was so good. If it had been overloaded with ingredients, that would have taken away from the delicious cheese. It was a perfect blend of perfect crust, ingredients, and creamy cheese. Most of all, I liked that it didn't taste overly salty. I think that's because it had more cheese than chain restaurants provide. The chains often have more sauce than cheese and the sauce has too much salt. Since we got a to go order, we can't comment much about service and ambience. Next time we are in a hotel in Weatherford, we're getting another Luigi pizza. * The menu needs to be updated. The menu shows different size pizzas, but they now have only one size. It's about the size of a medium. That was perfect for the 2 of us, but we ate every piece. If you're ordering for more than 2, you will need more pizzas.

Not a lot to say here. Picked up a carry out pizza order. Service was prompt. Pizza was excellent. Restaurant atmosphere was fairly typical Italian restaurant decor. Would happily go again next time I'm in Weatherford.

We are moving from So Cal to Ohio and this was one of our stops for our road trip. We went to Luigi's to celebrate my sons 8th birthday. Let me say, their customer service is AMAZING!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I didn't get our servers name but she was awesome. She gave us extra napkins without me asking. She helped move my drinks when I was cutting my kids food. It's the little things! The food was DELICIOUS! The calamari was crispy (just the way we like it!) and the marinara dipping sauce was yummy. Tour of Italy was saucy and also delicious. I got the linguine with clams and white sauce. That was very light but yet so flavorful and the clams were perfect. My kids got fettuccine Alfredo and they rated that 1million out of 100 haha. They enjoyed their dinner! They also surprised my son with a chocolate cheesecake for his birthday. Thank you a wonderful birthday dinner!

Continues to serve good basic Italian food. Generous portions & friendly helpful staff. We stop here every time we stay in Weatherford.on our trips across country. Recommend.

Door Dash order. Spaghetti with meat sauce. Caesar with chicken. Buttered rollsTiramisu. All in all a good meal. Each item was tasty and we enjoyed thoroughly. The order was Well packaged and was 100% accurate. My guess Luigi's does a good job for their community in producing quality Italian fare. Extensive menu for sure.

Went here for dinner on 8/10/23 while traveling from Nashville to Las Vegas. We had a party of four, which included my wife, son, and my 85 year old father.We were promptly seated at a table for four and the service was attentive and quick. Complementary rolls with a garlic olive oil dipping sauce were placed on the table. The rolls and the sauce were pretty good, we ate four of the eight rolls.We each ordered pasta, two orders of Linguini with Clams in Red Sauce, one order of Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken, and one order of Spaghetti with everything.The food came out surprisingly fast, actually too fast. None of it was great. The Fettuccine was the best, followed by the Linguini, and the Spaghetti was dead last (it just was not good). It honestly seemed like they had all the noodles and sauces ready in the kitchen, quickly prepared each dish to order, then microwaved each entree. It truly tasted like microwaved food. Hugely disappointed as we saw the place had an overall 4 star rating. Not sure how that happened, but not deserved.The final negative was the waiter was in such a hurry to clean the dishes off the table that he dropped the dish with the garlic olive oil onto my 85 year old father's lap, splashed all over his shirt and made for a lousy end to a lousy meal.I would not recommend this establishment.

This restaurant is one of the very best. Everything .... The ambiance the drinks. The food is UNBELIEVABLE. We will always eat here when we go through town. Top notch service is always important to us and they deliver EVERY time!

They were very busy, but went out of their way to accommodate our party of ten.The food was very good and the service was excellent.
