The girls who were "working", were talking amongst themselves, not noticing their customers. When speaking to them, they act like they can't be bothered. Weird since that's actually what you're supposed to be doing.

Horrible customer service- if you like to be treated rudely please come here. Oh & pay ridiculous inflated prices for bohemian boutique clothes. There was a fringe kimono cardigan in their stores last summer that I can describe down to the stitching & the embroidery on the back , I knew every detail about it. Having regrets about not purchasing, want to try to find it online. I remember loving all the clothes in their store that was this brand , but could not remember what the name was. So I research online, Lucca doesn't have a website, only a Facebook. So I send a message. I get back a week later, a short - "sorry we do not know." So then I go on to ask, may I at least have a list of brands you carry in your store? ..... Get back the same response - "sorry we do not know." WHAT? You don't know what brands you carry in your stores? I'm calling no on this. They just don't want to waste their time answering questions. My goodness I'm willing to do all the research here. Whoever is running their social media needs to be schooled in the stores inventory. What we have here is Nordstrom prices... with WALMART customer service.

I walked into this store and was instantly disappointed with the gal who greeted me. She looked like a coked out, fake tan, platinum-haired barbie doll. She had an aggressive tone when saying "What are you looking for?" I am from San Diego and I wasn't impressed with the cut and sew, moth-eaten rags that were barely clinging to their hangers. These clothes were made in China and selling for $50.00 and up. Los Angeles chic or Chinese rags? I'd vote for the latter.

My wife went in there to by a Thunder t-shirt for a friend leaving for China today. She found the shirt she wanted buy but they didn't have a tag on it. The employee didn't know how to sell it to her. So she called other stores trying to find out what the shirt cost. My wife went back and found two t-shirts that were very similar in style and same brand both priced at $24 and told her. The employee still couldn't find a way to sell the shirt to her. The employee called a manager but the manager had to look it up and didn't know how long it would take. Obviously my wife didn't have time for this so she left. Unreal. Just sell her the shirt and then figure it out later. Not my wife's fault that you didn't tag the shirt. Crazy! Poor customer service for sure.

Today, I opened the package that I placed an online order from out of state with the lovely Bri. It arrived specially wrapped with care.Before it arrived, she sent me a personal sms text detailing the shipping tracking number. On the day I placed my phone order with Bri, she shopped for exactly what I asked. She was detailed, professional, and of course overall exceptional customer service. By far the best online order I've placed. Will shop this Edmond store again!

Always feel so uncomfortable when walking into the store. I am rarely greeted appropriately if at all. Girls talk amongst themselves the entire time and it is very hard to get their attention when I need help. There is almost no interaction between staff and customers therefore making the experience excruciatingly awkward.

I bought my daughter several sweaters there for Christmas. I asked when I bought them if she could return or exchange them. The sales person said yes with a gift receipt she could exchange it. I bought it on the 21 and my daughter tried to exchange it on the 27th for a larger size. The manger said all sale items are final sale. It says on the receipt that holiday purchases can be exchanged up to 10 days after Christmas. They refused to exchange. My daughter and wife love this store but I find them a huge disappointment for customer service. Buyer beware not a flexible or honorable organization.

I LOVE this store & this location! It's my go to for clothes/gifts/etc. It's always up to date on trends & has the cutest clothes. The sales associates are always so helpful & are really great at helping me put an outfit together. I love this place!

Lucca has the cutest clothes for any season or occasion!! The girls who work there are all so so sweet and helpful. I only shop at lucca because it is my favorite store and I can always find something I love for a decent price! I recommend it :)
