What's not to enjoy at Lowe's?! I can find a project for every part of my home. I dropped in to survey the garden area which is as we might expect this time of year. Limited. Indoors offers bamboo and other delicate plants. The paint aisles were hopping so I'll have to look there next time. Casual shopping, associates are available if needed but they aren't pushy. This is my kind of shopping experience! I found a throw rug for one of my entry doors and a small utility trash can. Two things off the list. Good value for the products.

Update on our washer & dryer! We LOVE LOVE LOVE our washer & Dryer we purchased here. They are the matching high efficiency sumsung set washer/dryer with the stacking kit. We got the entire set here. It's been 4 years & we haven't had one single problem. We LOVE them. They are super quiet. Highest Recommendations.

Stopped in Lowe's as fall is coming and I am ready to change up my scene!!! They had so many options fall pumpkins and fall flowers! They were stocked and had great prices. It was easy to get in and out, the staff was friendly and ready to help. Covid precautions were in place, with the staff putting their masks on when speaking to you or going inside. I needed assistance with finding something and the gentleman was able to walk me right to it.Many options here.

Went to the Lowes on NW 39th and May yesterday to return four items. After waiting over 40 minutes at the return desk (no lines) for Andy to complete the (what should be) simple transaction, I checked my paperwork to find that Andy had switched the store merchandise card that he gave me for the store credit to one that had a zero balance. (The numbers didn't match) He evidently was going to pocket the $57 that was credited to the card he kept. I asked Andy if he knew that he had given me the wrong card with the zero balance, and he said that he did realize it. I asked was he going to let me leave the store without making it right -- the answer was YES! Even though he had my name, store account number, etc. he wasn't going to reach out to find me on the store intercom or any other way, for that matter. Please be careful at this store, because the manager on duty was so rude to me, he would not even hear my complaint before throwing a drama-queen scene, yelling at me, talking over me, walking off from me and then demanding that I leave his store! This was solely because he did not want to hear me out. This makes me wonder if he was in on the scam. I was not able to discuss the scam with him because he dismissed me and banned me from HIS store.

This Lowe's always has issues with order online and finish in store pickup I feel... I've ordered several home security items in store and they take my phone number saying they will call me once product comes in. I wait a week longer than it should take - finally I have to call and they say "yes your item is ready". When I go to the walkup counter I'm never greeted if Zach is working, tell him the issue and he rolls his eyes right in front of me and asks for someone else to help me. The customer service here is hit or miss. People are either nice as can be or straight up rude to your face!Stock is always low of items it seems and I just much more prefer the Memorial location. The appliance department here is extremely helpful and they are very accommodating to your needs.

Use to love Lowe's. ABSOLUTELY HATE going in there with the self check out bullshit when 90% of the associates don't pay attention or even know what their doing!

I tried to return some hardware kits, and I was three weeks over there 90 day return policy they would not even give me store credit. no more low for me I'm all Home Depot from now on

Incredibly rude on the phone. I called to ask if they could cut part of a tension rod (no as it was not bought at Lowe's, which is OK i was just asking) but instead of letting me respond and ask if she knew where I could cut the pipe she scoffed and hung up on me.
