There are not many reasonable places around for home improvement and Lowe's has always been a go to for us. We will probably most likely pop in for odd items that we can take home right away but we'll never shop for home appliances that need delivery from them anymore after our recent debarcle. The kitchen god had a laugh with this and saw to it that our dish washer broke down a few months ago, followed by the oven, then the microwave shortly after. We waited until Memorial Day weekend so we can take advantage of the sales and went in bright and early Saturday morning and got our items sorted out by a really helpful staff. Happy that the purchase was smooth and uneventful we went home to wait for the delivery that was 3 weeks away. Got a text the day before confirming the delivery. Great! Living without a microwave has been interesting ...The day of the delivery, the husband opened up his emails and saw a message from Lowe's notifying that the microwave is out-of-stock, therefore the order for it is cancelled. What?!!?!!! They couldn't give us a heads up days or weeks ago?! What kind of customer service is this??!! Surely this should have shown up in their inventory much earlier!We're beyond disappointed. More time will be wasted before we can purchase another microwave, which I hope we don't get from them. The way our kitchen is set up the oven and the microwave have to be installed at the same time. Our guy had been booked for this weekend for the job and will have to be rescheduled. More fluffing around. More time living without the much needed appliances. Thanks, Lowe's!

There is plenty of parking when I arrived. The employees greeted me when I came in and a very helpful and pointing me in the right direction. There are lots of supplies for all household and gardening needs. One of the employees was very helpful today. I can't remember his name but,he was driving a forklift and working in the gardening area. He was very professional and polite in assisting me . They take cash and card. The store was very clean and well maintained. There's a huge selection of every item that you can possibly need. The prices and the value of what they have to offer are the best! I recommend this place and I will be back.

The #FridayFail. Dealing with Lowes buy door before Christmas. Pay for them to do installation a week after. Call every 2 days to get on schedule. No answer. Finally get someone on the phone. Get scheduled. They called day of installation to say they can't find my door.Took off work to be here both days of installation. Call store directly & they find door. Get rescheduled 2 weeks later. Phone calls & emails to note my experience. They offer a gift card in $100. I have spent over $800 on this experience. Over the 8 week experience.. The slap in the face. In store credit of $100 to Lowe's. This is how the experience went for me. If my experience can help anyone else to make a decision on who to use for home improvement. Lowe's Home Improvement is a surprising decent place for house plants. They have a decent amount of varieties of plant life. For plant lovers, there's a plant shelter section that you could buy at clearance prices. Some of the plants here are dying or seriously about to die BUT only YOU could save them. If you love plants, come and save them.

This particular location by far is the worst customer service you could ever expect. Why would anyone go here when Home Depot is across the street? They continuously lack any type of customer service and do not seem to have the proper supervision to guide them in doing things, correct.

This Lowe's is simply horrible. Bought a "25" pack of pex clamps and when I arrived at the job site the package only had 20 items. Looks like it had been opened then resealed. Dishonest, inaccurate, inattentive to detail and disappointing.

Went in to check on drain opening items. I have a septic tank. I asked the same question 2 times. All he could tell me to use rid-x. Thus a maintained product. Ask for store manger, was told he wa in.He wasn't . The staff member got the same "manger (not a real one) to talk to me again. If you don't know your product, don't blow smoke up my skirt.

I have been taking my grandchildren to the Memorial store for their monthly Kid's Workshop for the past 2 year and while the individual associates that have helped with the actual kits have been as helpful as possible, they as well as their managers have been clueless in helping us obtain the Junior and Senior patches once the kids have completed their 6 and 12 workshops. After requesting help from the store manager for the last four sessions and been told he's too busy or the store can't help - it's the company's problem, I've given up. I have managed to get 3 of my 4 budding carpenters their senior patches/tool kits after much headache, I have been unsuccessful in closing out this effort for the oldest child. Brandon from the Memorial staff has repeatedly sent his assistance to talk with me and has not given me the courtesy to call me back. So, I've decided to take my and my family business elsewhere. Guess what - I went to Home Depot's kids' workshop earlier this month and they have been so helpful. I just wish I could have gotten my Granddaughter her final patch and tool kit. N.
