Not a fan of the big box stores but in this case it was my only option. Tried the local guys but nothing. Decided to check out the exhaust hoods here. Found a nice GE brand and it was black for the same price as white or stainless. The black matches our appliances and our old hood hasn't worked In prob 20+ years. It was time to change it out. The new hood works with ducting or without. Since we didn't have any old duct work the hood is in the recycle mode. Just requires a disposable charcoal filter instead of the grease filter. Both were provided. Installation was not bad. It says one person but I needed my wife to hold it while I got the first screws in. Was not greeted upon entry nor asked if I needed help. After looking around for a bit I found a young lady associate and asked her. I was just around the corner from the goods but she took me over to them. Very professional and polite. At the check out it's self serve but there was another nice lady there to assist. Was thanked on my way out. Overall good stop.

I want to shout out to the guy in the paint dept that worked satAug 17 around 1 pm. I took an old paint lid and a Sherman Willams formula and although I was skeptical, he match that paint perfectly! I don't know his name but he's a big guy with longish hair. Thanks so much!!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would.I specifically came to this location yesterday because another location told us they not only had an item in stock, but had 48 in stock.I drove out there (roughly 30min away from where I was) and immediately began searching for what I needed. I immediately saw an employee to ask to point me in the direction whom said to go down to where they "should" be. I searched the isle and was unable to find what I needed. I finally saw another employee to ask for help, Allen.Allen decided that walking 4 feet ahead of me while talking was the best way for me to be able to talk to him. He then acted annoyed because I was feet away from him when he was trying to point out that the box was on the top shelf. When I finally was able to catch up to him and hear him explain that he has to have Manager permission to get the box down. I questioned why he couldn't just ask because I specifically drove here as the app stated they had them in stock.He then took off again to find his Manager and I just stayed put. He never returned. I had to walk around to find him and his Manager. His Manager explained that they were not allowed to take the box down because they were currently under inventory that began on Monday. I asked why that was an issue when the app showed that if I ordered the item through the app, it would be ready within an hour and Allen began to chuckle and I immediately said, "I'm glad this is humerus to you as I stand here trying to ask how this makes sense".Allen's Manager explained that unfortunately no matter what, they were not allowed to get the box down to give me one as it was against their process since inventory started on Monday. I asked if he could please look for another location who had one in stock that I could walk in and get and he looked it up and told me.My frustration with the entire trip is that it's already difficult to walk into places this large and find anyone who can help. Then when I did, I received what felt like, an associate who was the most difficult and had no willingness to help. The Manager stood there to hear my frustration and witnessed Allen chuckling at my frustration but never once did he apologize or understand that he should have done some sort of recovery. LNeedless to say, I ordered the item at another location and picked it up this morning. I've made a mental note to not go back to this specific location unless I am in a desperate situation.

Needed paint today and Allen was exceptionally helpful. My experiences vary at this location as the older lady in customer service was very short and rude. Maybe she's having a bad day, maybe she shouldn't work in customer service. However, today Alan or Allen in the paint department redeemed the day! Thank you for your patience despite being busy and your knowledge about the products! Amazing thanks

This is a great Lowes location in the MWC area. This is located off SE 29TH right across the street from Tinker AFB, which is a very busy part of town. I've been coming here for several years but it's been a while since my last visit. The customer service is always pretty good. I definitely recommend this location.

I have shopped here many times and I always find what I'm looking for. They have a huge selection of home improvement stuff and I just love their huge assortment of lawn and garden goods. We bought 25 pounds of chlorine for our swimming pool and on the way out I spotted these adorable Poodle Dwarf Spruces that I just had to have! The line outside was long but went quickly. The cashier was friendly and helpful. They are practicing social distancing and all the employees that I saw were wearing masks.

I've always trusted Lowe's, they seemed reputable and seemed to care about helping me.....until lately!! I tried to buy a gas range, I've never had such a problem ever. First the lady I was dealing with said I could break the cost up between two credit cards. Then said my bank wouldn't take it...I called my bank they said there had not even been an attempt!! So now I know she's lying. After that she suggested we just cancel it and start all over again. So I did that. Then she said she would call back the next day and we would start again....she never called, I called her again, oh yes....let's get that started. Again, she's making mistakes saying the other card won't go through....she'll clear it up and call back. Never called...So I called for the manager, no where around!!! Talked to another man that tried to help but his lack of information put us back with this inept woman. I called the Corporate office, they didn't really care and were not any help. After talking with 3 or 4 more people, I finally got it ordered....they kept pushing the delivery time back. In addition I wanted to make sure whomever was going to install it, knew what they were doing, gas in nothing to mess with. That was another run around, finally got a woman that could guarantee the installer was qualified. I made all kinds of changes in the house to make it easier for them to get it in...Finally the truck came....I'm all excited even though it's been 3 days to get it ordered. The driver pulled out the box......ALAS! It was damaged. After all the time, effort, frustration and excitement, no stove. They have to re-order it and start again ...this one has to come from Tennessee?? Really, so that takes another day.I'm so upset, disappointed and dismayed that a company so big is so inept. Maybe you could hire more competent people, train them better and your customer service might improve. I will NOT recommend any of my family or friends to use Lowe's because of this experience. Lowe's should give me that stove for free after all I went through.

I appreciate the fact that employees on the floor know where things are located. This shows good management and leadership. They are all friendly and helpful. My ONE complaint is the lady at the checkout who sings and hums her Jesus songs. People of all religions, agnostics and atheists enter these stores and should not be "bombarded" by this lady's church songs.

I literally work at another Lowe's and have tried to speak to a worker for 30 minutes, and no one will answer the phone. The supervisors, ASMs, and regular associates refuse to answer and the Customer Service is terrible! Do not go to this Lowes. I literally got hung up on twice.
