I recently purchased a John Deere 0 Turn Lawn Tractor which was supposed to have a mulching kit installed prior to delivery. However, they notified us the day of delivery that wasn't something they actually do. We were a bit disappointed, but were offered very fair compensation for our troubles of having to install it. Overall, our purchasing experience was very pleasant.

RETURN POLICY 90 DAYS.... Not what it use to be. Wasted so much time. They use to put it on gift cards after 90 days if it was still a product they sell. Now they are cheap.They wonder why everyone buys on Amazon.

Andrew (employee) is a cocky jerk. I'm shocked the way they allow him to treat customers. Also wasn't wearing his vest or name tag and had a cell phone in his hands while barking orders at customers. I'll shop at Home Depot. Much more helpful and kind.

Maybe there's new management but they wouldn't provide store credit for 3 $4.08 sash locks because it was over 90 days since I purchased them. They were unopened and still an in stock item. I'm a frequent shopper for years and will now go to Home Depot because of their nonsense.

Not really sure who this Nathen guy is but he's rude seemed very edgy and spastic and extremely loud asked about where to find a product and was shoved off to another employee Who didn't even work in the department lucky a very nice young man Leo saw the struggle and helped me all the way to my car yes I tipped him he made a very awful experience way better but I don't recommend this place people just don't seem to know what customer service is

Do Not use Lowe's Edmond, OK Installation or delivery services! Our daughter recently purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's and ordered it with stated "free Installation with the purchase of an installation kit". However, even though she paid for the installation kit, they came to her home 2 different times, but the dishwasher never got installed. She had to pay extra for someone to come install her dishwasher because Lowes would not come out and take care of it. The first time they came out they told her because she did not have the old dishwasher uninstalled, they could not remove it. The second time they came out they said they could remove the old one since she got it out herself in just a few minutes but they could not install the new one. Save yourself a lot of heartache and use Weathers TV and appliance - they can get it all done in one short visit.

Purchased an LG washer dryer set from Kayla on Wednesday of last week for Friday delivery. Dryer was DOA and installer said they would call me by end of the day to schedule a swap for Saturday. Did not hear from Lowes until Sunday at 3PM stating that the dryer was out of stock until the end of August and would it be OK to replace it then. Yes, absolutely I told them, my family won't need to wash clothes for at least a month.Seriously, they don't care about their customers....I told them to come get both units and I will never ever do business with Lowes again on anything. I went Sunday at noon to Hahn appliance store and walked out 9 minutes later with receipt in hand.....we'll see how that delivery goes on Wednesday....

Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a company. We ordered a brand new stove, it was damaged badly upon installation as was our garage door and other property.The management team had very little care or concern. We filed a claim and were told we would hear back fromthem within 24 hours.... Nothing!A new stove was supposed to be delivered as well and still nothing on that front either! HORRIBLE customer service!
