I took my car in today for a headlight and wiper blade replacement and the staff here was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had me out within 30 min and at a fair price. Also, my hubby got his air conditioner worked on recently and had a great experience. We'll definitely go back for future repairs and service!

Couldn't figure out why my car wasn't starting. They instantly knew it was the battery terminals. They replaced them and had me on the road in less than 30 minutes!! I'm so glad I found them! I will definitely be back!

Can say enough about how good they have been, they have gone above and beyond every time I have taken in any of our cars. Had a raddle noone could find and the dealer wanted starting $80 hour to find the problem and Lonney located it when he was doing an oil change and fixed it for me for a fraction of that cost among other things. Prices have been good and service was awesome!

I had been meaning to schedule an alignment, and my check engine light popped on, so I figured it was time. 4.5 stars on Yelp sounds good, Lonnie's it is.I called to ask when if they'd be able to do an alignment and general check up for me. I was told I could bring my car in, they had an opening at 1 pm the next day. I brought my car in at 7 am the next day, they said they'd call when it was ready.At 2:30 pm I got a call saying they couldn't do my alignment, the car needed new parts. Fair enough, 10x the bill I'm expecting isn't great, and I am slightly surprised it took longer to figure out you couldn't do an alignment than it would've taken to do the alignment, but I'll take their word. I did not get a call back.I called them the following day at noon, to check in. I talked with one guy, he said he'd go check up on it, 3 minutes later someone else picked up the phone and asked what I needed. I repeated. They said the car would be able to be picked up at 6. They close at 6. I arrived shortly after 5, my car was ready. No call. Upon turning it on, I discovered my check engine light was still on and they'd turned the fans on full blast in the 103° heat for me. Turning to my bill, I was not billed for anything other than the alignment and replacement (great), but learned they value their labor higher than any previous auto shop I've been to, handedly (not great). It will cost you a grand for them to put an 8 hour day into your car.Im not sure what faux pas I committed, but it's the first time I've ever felt like an auto shop distinctly didn't like me. Two stars because (I think) they did the things I payed $135 an hour for them to do.

I went it to get tires, had an appointment, was there early and they got me right in. They were very friendly and helpful. Explained everything. Best prices in town.

I brought my car to Lonnie's to get my drivers door fixed. After explaining what was happening,Lonnie knew exactly what it was. It took a couple of days longer because he had to order another part that didn't show up upon first look. Bottom line: Lonnie knows what he is talking about and gets the job done right the first time. I would highly recommend Lonnie's Auto Service whenever you need anything done.
