Little Taiyaki

1 year later, I popped back in for a sweet treat while visiting the Chute! I tried a seasonal special that has the little tiny fish waffles. It was delicious! I added butter pecan ice cream too. I went right at open at 4pm, and it took a few minutes to get our order because it was fresh and delicious! They decorated big this year too!

Stop driving by and go in! Cute, clean establishment with a small variety of absolutely delicious treats. The women behind the counter are amazing and it's definitely a labor of love. They know this business and take pride in what they send out the door or over the counter. All fresh and so good!

It is a quaint unique soft serve, açaí bowl and drink stop in downtown Sapulpa... Unique is a very vague word, but describes it all. Different. Y'all must stop and see what they may have waiting for you... I just had a vanilla/chocolate swirl soft serve in a fish shaped cone. If that's not different but sweet, I don't know what else is. This stop had a lot of guests come in with their kiddos and grands so there is something fantastic and fabulous for those with a sweet tooth for something cold. I am really mixed about Sapulpa ... so this experience really gave me the vibes of laid back and chill. To unwind from the Tulsa hustle, this Sapulpa stop will bustle!!

Pros: what a cute little store. I've known about this place for a while, but I have not had the time to drive out to Sapulpa to try it. I got one red bean and one Nutella taiyaki. Loved them. I also got a dole whip with passionfruit juice. Refreshing, but very sweet. My friend got the strawberry sauce of ice cream with sprite. She really liked it. I like the decor, I like the stuff, and I like the music they're playing inside. They were telling me that pretty Soon Main St Sapulpa is going to close to get ready for the Christmas shoot. I will definitely be back to this place when visiting the Christmas Shoot and I'll be bringing my husband.Cons: the place seem to be having some trouble with their electricity when we were there. We were able to order and get soft serve. Then they had to turn the machines off so they could switch from the generators back to electricity. And we waited for a little bit, but then we had to leave. It was no fun eating with the lights and music off. My friend thought that her Oreo taiyaki, and her Nutella taiyaki had too much filling. I disagree. I love the amount of filling that was in mine.

Such a cute Japanese inspired taiyaki cafe! We got pineapple dole whip, strawberry/matcha, raspberry, and strawberry! They were all so flavorful and really good! 10/10 recommend! Needs more seating though.

This Heatwave is a little more bearable with the help from Little TaiyakiWorth the drive to Main st Sapulpa. Cute little family owned Japanese inspired Soft Serve shop that specializes in unique soft serve flavors with monthly changing flavors. If you've never had Taiyaki, Taiyaki is a Japanese fish-shaped waffle cake, commonly sold as street food. The most common filling is red bean paste that is made from sweetened adzuki beans. They also have chocolate, Nutella, Oreo and my personal favorite Mozarella!It's a perfect bite, crispy sweetened waffle on the outside and salty gooey cheesy on the insideThis shop also has the cute smaller version, shaped called Chibiyaki also available with the same fillings and sold in bags of 7 or 14Hang out in the cool a/c of the cute little shop and enjoy your sweet treats, or right around the corner there is a lovely flower filled memorial park with shaded seating and music.Plenty of fun shopping within walking distance as well.

High quality. Delicious ice cream, fun environment and incredibly kind staff. Have already gone back. I don't live in Sapulpa but this shop gives me all the more reason to visit. Definitely worth it!

This is a MUST try! First, I was excited to see they were open on Sunday. We had a nice family day and stopped in for an afternoon treat. We all tried various flavors/combinations and they were all delicious. The fish cones are firm and soft, don't get soggy, and are so yummy! The soft serve has excellent flavor. I'm not a vanilla person, but it was the best tasting vanilla soft serve I've tried. A wonderful variety of toppings to add. I personally had Nutella filling, chocolate soft serve, with Oreo topping and a chocolate wafer. It hit ALL the marks for me. My husband had Nutella filling, vanilla soft serve, with fresh strawberries and bananas and it was amazing as well. I can't wait to go back and try a new combo.

such a great place! food is amazing just a little more on the expensive side! so yummy there and great for dates all the way to taking your kids out!

The icecream ran us about $6 I shared it with my little it was delicious . The new renovations are nice as well! We also ordered the little stuffed taiyaki with nutella, mozzarella, and cookies and cream (not pictured) but made the perfect snack. Overall we loved this place and will be returning soon. Note: This is not a fast paced experience as everything is make fresh to order so come when you have time to wait a few mins
