Little Knight's Truck

Really tasty, great value. We loved this truck, and hope to try their brick-and-mortar soon. I got an assortment of tacos, Girlfriend got a burrito. I dunno why. Tacos are the correct answer. What do you want? Tacos. What's the best? Tacos. When was the civil war? Tacos.The meat was prepared fresh, so be ready to hang around a little bit to get your food. There's a nice tree to get some shade under.

Visited the Waterloo location, small place but so surprised food was fantastic, great street tacos and chips. Best in area by far a rare gem of a little restaurant

I've been going to both locations for over a year now and the food is STELLAR? I highly recommend the tacos, but you can't go wrong with the Al Pastor burrito either! If your in the mood for an amazing breakfast burrito, get the chorizo! Such a nice and accommodating family.

Waited 1.5 hours for 8 tacos.Tacos were alright. Beans are not that good. Not that busy and took for ever

The food was hot, fresh and delicious. We had the chicken quesadilla and supreme tacos steak and chicken Glad it's close to home too!

They make good street tacos. Make sure you order correct because sometimes they don't understand what you're saying. Also, the truck doesn't have alot of stuff the restaurant has.
