Service needs some serious work here. I was amongst a large group of cars parked out front, all of us assured they will bring food out when it's done. Almost 15 minutes later I walk in frustrated. I'm told their system never sent my order to the kitchen. But that it is "in the oven now". Yeah, sure. They also completely messed up my order. I asked for the new "Cheesy! Cheesy!" pizza that's half breadsticks, but instead received their "Mozziago". It was a pleasant surprise since it was a hot, delicious, greasy mess. With dough softer than their usual, loaded with pepperoni, I highly recommend it..as long as you aren't dieting or have high blood pressure.But every visit I seem to have an issue. Thus the two star rating.

I wish there was a zero star option. Tonight I placed an online order. Got home with my 3 pizzas and the custom pizza was completely wrong. One pizza wasn't completely cooked. I called the store and was rudely told that they do not sell a bacon pizza. She put someone else on the phone and I was told they would remake my pizza. I was told to return the wrong pizza to the store which I did in its entirety. After arriving at the location I was left standing for an extended period of time before anyone waited on me. I was told that my pizza was cooking. During this time the pizza I had returned was put in the trash. At this time someone else, which I found out later was the manager, asked why it was in the trash. The worker told her it was the remake. The manager pulled it out of the trash and stated " Oh no we're not throwing that away " she then pulled it out of the trash! I could not believe it. I asked to speak to the manager. She approached me biting her bottom lip and glaring at me. She said very rudely " What would you like for me to do for you now?". Horrible Horrible customer service. I will be contacting the health department over pizzas being removed from the trash.

So ya I enjoy the pizza and all and of course it's cheap which is great when you have a tight budget but if you guys could please start cutting the pizza all the way through... that would be greeeeaaaat.... like seriously that's my only complaint.

omg horrible service, lazy crew. they have over 10 cars in the drive through and 2 employees smoking outside. and the guy at the drive through window is young but has no customer service. this place needs better workers.

Ordered two pizzas. One was fresh and one tasted like it had sat for a bit. Crazy bread was fresh and good. Ordered through the app and picked drive thru for pick up. Service was ok. Friendly yes. We will maybe give it one more try. Hopefully better next time.

I placed this online order at the Little Caesars located near Penn and Britton, in Oklahoma City. My husband picked up the order, in their in-store portal. I realized that my brownies were missing, so I called the store. It took about an hour to get through. I spoke with Shannon, who said that she was the manager. I explained that the brownies were missing from my order. I also informed her that my parmesan wings did not taste good. She apologized and said to come back in with the receipt and that she would take care of it. The label on the box had all of the information, order #, name, and the items ordered. I thought that it should be sufficient. My husband went in the next day, as agreed, with the box label and the chicken wings, except for one that I had eaten. Shannon said that the label was not good enough, she needed the receipt. I looked up the receipt on my phone and sent it to my husband. The receipt clearly stated receipt at the top. It had the order #, items that I ordered, and the payment. Shannon still did not accept this. She kept saying that she needed the order number, which was clearly listed on the box label and the receipt. She said that she needed a paper receipt. Remember, this was an online order. At one point she said she needed the pizza box!! The wings were in their original container, all except for one. All of this led to a heated discussion in the lobby. During this negative interaction, Shannon kept leaving my husband to talk with her supervisor. Shannon finally told my husband to write down his name and number, and that the supervisor would call him the next day. Why couldn't she talk to him right then. My husband left angry, with no brownies and no refund. It has been two days, and we have not received a call from anyone. I AM VERY VERY DISSATISFIED!!!
