Little Caesars Pizza

We ordered hot and ready with crassly bread. After rush eating the first bread stick and thinking it's a little light, I took a second split it with my son and saw it was very Doughy inside. I've been trying to call and ask what temp I should baked these at but no answer. I'm not sure why this happened but I saw another post about uncooked sticks. Please do better.

Ordered online. Got to the store and noticed even though it was 15 minutes past the estimated pick up time that my order wasn't ready. No one even came to the front counter for me to ask about it. There was a line out the door the entire time I was there(about 45 minutes) and no one ever came up to check on anyone. I finally "yelled" at the guy closest to the front and asked if they even received my order and if they are making it. I didn't mind waiting I just wanted to make sure it wasn't all for nothing. Sure enough it was. They "didn't have an order from me" so I figured the charge would fall off my account. It didn't.The short version is I wasted an hour and 15 minutes of my day to have no food and also pay $20 for nothing.

Absolutely horrible service. One hour wait for a freaking pepperoni pizza?! Lots of angry customers and can't even get refunds cause manager is making pizzas. Worst place ever!! Don't waste your time. I haven't been here in months and it was the same the last time I came. Thought it was just a bad night...nope...it's a way of business here.

Not only were they out of Hit and Ready pizzas tonight, but they had no crazy bread. They sold my husband a COLD double pepperoni pizza that should have been tossed. We live less than 5 minutes from this location, and the pizza was nowhere near fresh when he got home. The crust was cold and tough to chew, the cheese was congealed and dry, and the pepperoni was also cold. They also charged him full price for that pizza. I tried calling to talk to the manager, and no one ever answered the phone. I tried multiple times to reach someone to no availWe will not be going back to that location.

This one should be cold and not even close to ready. Zero pizzas ready on a Friday night. The cashier did know when they would be ready either!

HORRIBLE ETHICS!!! At this little Caesar's the employees in the back are getting payed a horrible rate and they are being forced to come into work while sick. There are quite literally 3 sick people being forced to slave away in the back as I type this. That is incredibly unsanitary because they could transmit illness into our food, and it is just a basic human right that nobody should have to work while they are sick.

honestly I dont even have words for this shity ass experience I just had i have worked fast food for 4 years and I would have NEVER-sent out this kinda food to people you understand you ARE MAKING PEOPLES FOOD RIGHT this isn't a game to play around with first off my wings were so undercooked they looked pink inside I have pictures nothing Of mine was cooked my crazy bread wasn't cooked all the way and my pizza be for real guys I'd rather you burn my food THEN UNDERCOOK IT you can get people sick you need to send your cooks back to get there dam sersafe this is fucking crazy

The little rude girl that waited on me told me she could only give a couple of packets of Parmesan cheese and Red pepper. She told me that they were only allowed to give out a few of each. That's not true. When I asked to see the manager, she started throwing packets on the box, so horribly rude. I should have gone ahead and spoke to the manager right then, my big mistake!!! I will not go to that place again!!

They never fail to disappoint. Walked in, was greeted with blank stares. A kid walked up to me with his headphones in, I had to initiate the conversation. I asked what he had ready. His response was to turn around and stare at the heater for the pizza. So, nothing, I asked? Nope. K, but you didn't check the bottom. Oh well. Look, I can get nasty pizza and an attitude somewhere else. It's the convenience that makes people come here.

It's absolutely worth the extra driving to go to the Main Street location. Unacceptable service. I tried calling the location for 15 minutes and somehow the phone line was busy the entire time. I decided to place a mobile order instead. For one pizza it told me half an hour. I get to the location, at the time they told me to, and the dude at the counter was an asshole. He told me it would be another half hour for my pizza I already waited over half an hour for. Half the staff kept walking in the building, walking to the back, staying back there for 5 minutes, and then walking back outside for considerably longer than they were in the restaurant. I will never be coming back. They have fucked up my order more times than I count. My food was undercooked and cold when I finally got it. I wish I could get my money back for every purchase I made here.Edit: Another thing, this place's phones are always turned off. I've called this place dozens of times and it never works.
