Little Caesars Pizza

Honestly I would give this place negative stars if that were even a thing. The price isn't bad, the quality of pizza, well is what it is. However the customer service, an absolute crap show. Don't tell someone six minutes who's waiting in a car and it ends up being closer 20 min and then go ahead an serve people who walk right in regardless if they called in or not. And don't even offer an apology or try to make it up at. I'd be ok if this place closed down.

Deserves 0 stars. This is the worst Lil Caesar's I've ever been to. Pizza was absolute trash. (See pic) The customer service was even worse. How do you mess up my order 5 times and not apologize once?!? Definitely would not recommend.

Monday, after typical working - business hours (5PM-6PM) and they have one person working this one location. Obviously frustrated so customer service isn't great. Usually the best place to get cheap pizza.

It's not a product issue. Little Caesars has always made a great product. The real determination of why I have scored this so low is a management issue. Far too often is this store grossly understaffed and ill-equipped to meet the demands of those who wish to consume some otherwise excellent pizza. My last few visits have been plagued with a multitude of issues. And today was just too much. I simply wanted a "Hot-n-Ready" pizza and was told that it take an hour to get something that should always be in stock in the warming cabinets near the registers. I completely understand getting a run, but this is systematic and these pizzas take less than 10 minutes to cook. Either management needs more bodies making pies, or they need more ovens.

This was just nasty, I cannot believe they send it out this way, I also ordered a round pizza just cheese, I could not find cheese anywhere

Had a slumber party ordered pizzas they were ready early and were made fresh. Mary and staff were professional and courteous

I was on hold for over 20 minutes and she set the phone down and never came back I tried calling on my husbands phone and the line was busy so they had no second line. Horrible. I tried yelling in the hitting the buttons to make noise. how do you not realize that in a Friday at 6pm ur phone aint ringing. I have a photo to verify the time!!!

Although the reviews are absolutely horrible lol I decided to go check it out because it's close to my house. I have been twice this week, both times I ordered online, & it sent me an email with a QR code to get my order. I felt like it was pretty quick. They greeted me both times, & I got my stuff out of the warmer & was on my way! Super easy! I don't have anything bad to say about my experience!

Horrible service. We were going to try this place for the first time. Since it was very close to where we live I went straight to the store. They didn't know any of the specials so he went and got the manager. She also did not know the specials. I pointed out one was computer typed on her door!!! Still she denied it was a special. Then I brought it up with her store online...nope still didn't know it and then when I asked if she would honor it anyway she claimed her "computer wont let her" when I suggested she enter the order in and do a manager over-ride to meet the online price she said she cant...the computer wont let me. Then I said I could just enter it here online then she would have to she said she would still have to charge me more!!! So I said I will just call customer service and they will give it to me free....she said "go ahead I still wont have to make it today"!!!! HORRIBLE

Absolutely ridiculous. Got here at 7, ordered a pepperoni pizza, crazy bread, and wings... they told us to wait up front. 20 minutes go by, I go inside to check on it and the girl who took our order had no idea we were still waiting. None of our food was ready. When they did have it ready, they gave us the wrong pizza, and cheese bread instead of crazy bread & I had to wait for the wings. There were 3 workers in there that I could see and when we pulled up there were no other customers but us. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. Glad I told the guy that was after us and waiting that he should probably go in and check on his food also... I'm not one to complain about customer service but... come on....
