Little Caesar's Pizza

So glad this location has greatly improved. We came back after having to drop the horrid location on Harrah Road.The people have been very friendly and attentive on our last visits. There is also a healthy sense of urgency in the activity!The pizza has been excellent with cheese that is so thick it stretches like in the commercials!Keep it up you guys!

Usually a very disorganized restaurant, but at times you can get what you came for, especially if you order the most basic items.

This place serves great food that is easy to pick up during a pandemic. Hot fresh and delicious crazy bread every single time we come by, thank you!!!

I've tried this location twice now and had the same/similar results. I really wish it were better due to its location.Living kinda far out in the country this is the closest little caesars to me -- so I thought it would be nice place to swing by once in awhile on the way home from work.The first visit (In 2013): I told the lady at the counter I have a long drive and asked for a fresh hot and ready. (I do this because I have such a long drive and the crust becomes nasty if its old.) I went ahead and ate a piece on the way home to find that she'd done the opposite. It was HORRIBLY stale pizza. I actually threw half of the pizza away and called the store to complain. They said they would give me a fresh pizza if I came in the next day so I took them up on the offer. After my replacement pizza, which was better, I decided to give the store some time before trying it again.My second visit (Jan 2016): I had to wait while the pimply, slow-moving, fat kid (not trying to be mean) at the front cleaned the floor and re-situated a metal, dirty staircase before I was even helped. (No he didn't wash his hands before touching the pizzas... yuck!) I then, reluctantly, asked for a fresh hot and ready pep which he took out of the middle of the heater. I asked if he could put garlic butter on it and watched as he slowly turned and sat the pizza on the prep counter. There, he opened the pizza, looked at it, then closed it and put it back in the heater. (Even from my distance I could tell the pizza looked fairly fresh.) I watched as he pulled one from the bottom of the rack and put garlic butter on it before giving it to me. This pizza was SO hard, it made my jaw hurt to chew it. What a jerk!So: that's it. Enough terrible service from a crappy place. This place is a disgrace to the little caesar's brand and I wouldn't advise anyone to go there.

Rudest service I have ever received. Actually I didn't get any service because I walked out after having a man roll his eyes at me for asking how long until a perperoni pizza would be ready. After he was already rude from the moment I walked in. I couldn't believe how he acted. Won't be back.

Ordered 2+ hours ahead for a small birthday party, arrive shortly after getting my "your order is ready" email, only for my order to not be ready. I was shorted a pizza and 3 orders of crazy bread but didn't have enough time to wait around on more to be made, only to get to the party and the pizza's are wrong and also not cut...

This place sucks. I've been sitting here for 45 minutes and I still haven't gotten my pizza. All I had was 2 pepperoni and crazy bread with sauce. It took them 20 minutes to take my order then they told me to pull forward and it would be another 15 minute wait. People behind me got their orders first and they're bigger orders than mine. I don't know what those idiots are doing in there but obviously it's not right. Hot and ready my ass. They weren't even busy when we pulled up we were the 3rd car in the drive thru and now they have a Giant line because of how slow they are.

When a restaurant advertises "Hot-N-Ready", you shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes for a regular sausage pizza at 1:30 pm. This isn't the first time it has happened to me at this location.

We was having company the other night so decided to order pizza. I ordered the pepperoni Cheeser cheeser , veggie thin crust and Italian cheese bread. I ask for thin crust and he said on the cheeser it was what it was. I ordered once before and it was thin and great. This time it was about 5 minutes from burned, crust thick and since company coming I kept it. I will not order it again. Rest of order was good.

The store manager in this location acts as it is beneath him to actually provide customer service. They made my pizza three times yesterday and all three times it was wrong. I did not want to wait any longer and waste my time for a fourth try. They did refund my money and gave me the pizza we do'nt eat, then acted like they were providing a great service. How can they get my pizza wrong almost everytime I go there? I don't know, but that, they have perfected. The front service person and cooks etc. were decent and polite, just don't expect anything from the manager or a correct pizza if you order anything different. GO SOMEWHERE (ANYWHERE) ELSE.
