Litm Limousine

I must say we had the best experience EVER with India. We had a large bridal party and she accommodated us like a pro. We ran into a few hiccups on our end and she was so understanding. She DROVE that stretch hummer limousine like she's been doing it her whole life. If ever we need a limousine service I we will definitely use Litm Limousine, India specifically.

Great. We had a kid's birthday party & the kids had a blast. They were very professional & have great communication with customer. Will use again. Thx. .... only thought was that it would have been nice if there were glasses & ice with the limo. Next time we'll ask ahead of time about that.

NOT RECOMMEND!!!I booked the 30 passenger party bus for Feb 19th 2022 pick up time at 11:00 pm. I received a message on messenger at 10:11pm.....45mins before pickup. This is what he said word for word." Hello my driver said he can't get the lights or the radio to come on. I'm not there to assist him because I am driving as well. I advised him to take our smaller bus just for the night. I will compensate for the difference and take care of you for 2 free hours on the bigger bus once I can address the issue. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As stated before I can't go assist with the issue because I am driving as well. "I had 30 people ready to get on the party bus. He sent the smaller bus that sit 18-20 people. I had to tell some of my family and friends that couldn't get on. The bus was small some people was getting sick because we was packed on the small bus. I reached out to Dee the owner that Monday Feb 20th he offered a 100 refund that was the difference between the smaller bus and the bigger bus and 2 free hours. Dee the owner is very unprofessional, he is not a man of his word and he does not value his customers. I spoke with him on March 9th and he stated that he would send a refund and that it would take 24 hours. It is now March 15 and I have yet to receive a refund. I spoke with him this morning regarding the refund which I feel like he should at least give 250 back half of what I paid. He was very unprofessional during our conversation and he hung up in my face and blocked me from his company page.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Worse service in Oklahoma City. Booked Dee twice, one in May for my friend's birthday and when the bus arrived, half of the ceiling was hanging down. Charles (chauffeur)was on FaceTime with Dee and their solution to the problem was to tape the ceiling. July 16, I booked him for my birthday and when Charles arrived, the A/C in the bus was not working and Charles attempted to convince us to get in the bus with hot air blowing not cold. He kept arguing that the bus was blowing air but could not understand the temperature that night was 95 degrees at 9:30pm and loading 15 passengers would only make it worse with body heat even if we were going straight to our destination (10 mins from our pick up location. I booked the bus from 9:30pm-2:30am. I called Dee and he came on location and agreed the bus was too hot. They were going to go attempt to get the bus fixed and stated he would keep me updated. I asked him if he could not get the bus fixed if he could help me at the end of the night getting everyone back to the pick up location since we had a group of 15 and getting multiple Ubers at 2am could be an issue. Never heard from him all night, I ended getting another limo to come pick us up and at 1:50 am I get a call from one of his drivers that they were in bricktown to pick us up, would have been nice to know from Dee so I wouldn't have to arrange transportation for us.With all being said, I have text messages from our conversations with him agreeing to refund my money since he only provided a 10 min ride back to our vehicle at the end of the night. I attempted to communicate with him and the only response I would get from him when I would ask about the refund would be "copy" and "have forgotten " I sent him a request for payment on cashapp and he did not send the money back. He is not responding to my calls or messages anymore. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A THIEF.

RUN! This guy is a crook! I booked the party bus for prom in April 2022 for my daughter. The bus conveniently broke down so he cancelled and he kept my $400 deposit. He has since ghosted me and no longer responds to any texts or phone calls.

Very very unprofessional to say the least. D as he calls himself is very argumentative and won't allow you to speak after you've allowed him to do. 30-mins prior to arrival time I was told the bus I initially booked was unavailable due to malfunctions and another was sent. I was told by D I would receive a partial refund within 24 hours and it's been well over 24hours and I'm still waiting. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
