This company Tried to keep my deposit and overcharge me for damages that I had pictures of at move-in. it took 60 days to get back my deposit. Maintenance took forever to come out and fix a problem any problem. They claim to exterminate that move in but they don't. They sit in the office and listen to the phone ring and listen to the messages come through. Try to report them to the better Business bureau but you can barely find their information. Now they're DBA asset Management solutions and you can barely find them when you look them up this services were crap the house was old the Make ready wasn't done.

This is the absolute worst property management company! my heat has been out for a month you call no answer nor a returned call! It has snowed and I have 3 small kids. my baby has asthma and is sick, son caught the flu because the temperature albs the worst part we all sleep together in one bedroom to stay warm. oh did I mention the stove smokes if the oven is lit no matter what and they have yet to fix it? yeah so it's no warmin the house that way the space heater don't have enough power to heat this whole 4bed up
