My husband and I extended our lease for an extra two months because our house would not be ready. When we did that, we also told them we would be moving out September 28th of 2017. We signed our papers and left the the office as they told us we were good to go and wouldn't need to be back until we turned the keys into them. September 27th comes around and I have a letter on my door saying thank you for renewing our lease through November. I politely go up to the office and tell them we did not renew it and are moving out the next day. They conveniently couldn't find any paper work saying we were moving out. Not to mention, they stated that they put several notices on our door saying we needed to fill out more paperwork. Not once did I receive any notice of the sort. I only received notices of inspections and sprinkler tests. Eventually after hassling with them, they say we are good to move out but have to forfeit our $250 deposit and THEY would place a stop payment on our account. We were told we could sign a paper (again) saying we were vacating when we turned our keys in. We signed our paper, turned our keys in, and left on the 28th of September. We just thought that would be the end of it. Here we are September 4th and they have deducted rent ($930) from our account on the 3rd. My husband called and was told that we would have to bring a bank statement up to the office and they would send it to corporate and fix it. I took the statement up to the office and the "senior manager" stated that she "called and left a voicemail saying we would have to call our bank to do a stop payment because they couldn't with it being that close to rent being due." Which, I understand and would have done so. However, I NEVER ONCE received a call or voicemail stating that! For that matter, my husband didn't either. I even double checked that they had the correct phone numbers on file. Which, they should have because they haven't changed since we moved in. Clearly there are incompetent staff here. Not to mention, they are the absolute WORST when it comes to communicating with their tenants let alone each other. We were told our bank statement got faxed to corporate. I have since requested proof that it was faxed and have put a call into corporate myself. I understand that it is a business to them, but the fact that they show absolutely not motivation to fix THEIR mistake makes me absolutely irate. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Sure they are decent apartments, but it's not worth the hassle that comes with it. If you chose to still move here, make sure every single piece of paperwork you fill out, you get a copy of it! Then, make sure you call and double check that they actually did what they said they would do with it. We didn't realize we needed to remind them to do their jobs. We thought that is what management was for. We were clearly wrong.

The apartments are nice, I've called maintenance 3 times and they were excellent, no complaints there. The staff is friendly too.The rent goes up EVERY time you renew the lease. Expect a $50-$60 increase in the monthly rent every year. Corporate policies are designed to add fees (usually $20) for everything. If they make a mistake you can bet that you will still get charged the $20 late fee so keep that in mind if you ever have to change bank accounts or rent goes up and they do not take out the correct ammount from the automatic draft, you WILL get charged. The parking is barely adequate in the good buildings and non-existent in others. This building has 12 apartments and 7 spaces. If you need a nice apartment and don't mind having to park at an inconvienent spot, love rent increases and hidden trumped up fees then it is the place for you.

If I could give zero stars I would for sure! This place is absolutely awful!!"Gets bullshit phone calls, admits they're bullshit phonecalls, still threatens to evict for the bs phonecalls from downstairs neighbors""Sends payment received email to renter, but loses the rent two days later and threatens to evict."Brings my dog over for less than 12 hours and they have 5 days to leave. This is currently the situation my sister is dealing with.***** I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SHITHOLE*****

Admittedly I was NOT excited about living here, having come from an urban area with lots to offer within walking distance. However, I guess that the low monthly rent may make up for that. ? This place will either be the death of me or my springboard into .... something I don't know yet.Watch out for the crazy goose which lurks around the leasing office.

I went in over a month ago and paid a $250 deposit and an application fee of $35.00 and set up to move in July. I told them I would need a ground floor apartment facing the street and they told me it would be no problem and I would be able to move in on the 5th of July. They contacted me this week and said they had my apartment ready.......2nd floor facing the golf course. I informed them that I had specifically requested a ground floor facing the parking lot and they said that they didn't have one and didn't know if they even would by the end of July so I went in to get my deposit back and was told I would have to wait up to a month to receive it in the mail even though they cashed it the very next day. Poor listening skills and over all bad customer service.
