What a great store! Broke.my foot and had to have surgery. It's been a nightmare getting around. We went to Lindsey and had a great experience at a difficult tome in life. Andi had great suggestions with honest and helpful recommendations of equipment to improve my mobility. The store has a Wide selection of equipment and devises. Andi made informed suggestions at different pice points. Lindsay thoroughly explained my bill. I cant recommend this store more. Great merchandize, but. the young women I encountered are exception !

In need of an electric/scooter wheelchair as well as other orthotics to help assist with loss of ADL's. We noted several employees yet not one offered their assistance or expertise with the medical equipment to us during the 45 minutes we were in the store.

lindsay medical at 1110 E Second St, Edmond, OK 73034, quoted me a price of $75 per battery for my golden mobility scooter, but when they came out to install, they tried to charge me between $89 and $109, each. i had to call the mgr and complain to get it straightened out, and he was reluctant to make it right, but eventually did, i consider that fraud, to quote one price and then try to charge a higher price. you need MINUS rating choices for people like this.

Horrible customer service. Will never return. We have spent over $1500 there previously and they would not trade out a completely unused, pristine $20 item. Not how you maintain good customers.

Lindsey medical has an abundance of help for medical supplies to be used in a home environment. They have a wide assortment of mobility chairs, both electric and manual. They have CPAP equipment. Wound care supplies. Mobility aids, such as walkers, bed side, come out, canes, walkers, etc. They have wound care supplies and small medical equipment-- such as blood pressure cuffs, stethoscopes, scissors, gait belts, etc. It is a home health nurses go to store. They do not file insurance, which is my biggest frustration with them. They are a little pricey, but when you're accustomed to being in the home, needing something to take care of your patient you're very thankful for whatever you can get at whatever price as long as it's not an arm and a leg. I am shocked that they have a 2.5 rating. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.

Helpful, caring staff. I've used them for years to help me handle my Mom's needs. Not always the least expensive option but, considering their support and the ease of shopping locally, it's worth it to me.

inquired prior to arrival, if ultrasound gel was clear, yes. at store same request made, so we purchased opaque bottle.opened at home, blue gel.RUN to another company, because they say anything to get money.

Called and asked about renting a CPAP. Talked to an associate that told me all was fine and come on down to get a machine. I then drove halfway across OKC to their store at 9600 May. When I got there I was informed they had no CPAP machines in stock. What inglorious idiots.

The manager, Linzi, is amazing! The staff is very informative and willing to help with all the products they offer.

Major unprofessional with coordination in management, asked me to work for the OKC office before considering another employee who lived closer. ..it would have been 31.6 miles one way! That's outrageous & really shows managements' priorities are nonexistent
