Love the open coffee/kitchen area for residents- they also have a Keurig now, which I use all the time!

We lived at Lift for a little over two years before buying out our lease to be able to move. Our apartment was a great layout for roommates and provided a decently even split between the size of bedrooms/bathrooms. The maintenance staff was amazing--we had a couple of issues with our washer over the years and they were always quick to respond, plus very kind and friendly in passing in the halls. When people ask about our experience living at Lift, we always make sure to say that the maintenance staff is wonderful.Other than those two pros, we had a lot of issues while living here. As many reviews have said, noise is a big problem at Lift. Walls and windows are thin and people throw pool parties with loud music and lots of guests every weekend from May-September. It was genuinely unbearable to live in an apartment facing the pool courtyard in the summers. Even with all your doors and windows shut, you will 100% hear people partying with giant DJ speakers for 12+ hours on Saturdays and Sundays, and you will 100% be woken up at all hours of the night during the week when people decide they want to hang out at the pool past closing. Pool rules (excessively loud music, pool closes at 10pm, maximum 2 guests per resident, etc.) are not enforced. We spoke with a lot of our neighbors about this over the course of our time here, so we know that we were not the only people that were frustrated by this. Lift advertises that they have a courtesy officer available after hours and on weekends to address security issues and noise complaints, but this is unfortunately not 100% true. We called several times our first two summers here, because our apartment was around the pool courtyard and people were frequently partying just below our windows past midnight. We received one singular response to an after-hours noise complaint in 2022, and left voicemails that went unanswered the rest of the time. The only instance in which I ever actually heard from the courtesy officer directly was through a voicemail he left me last year, the day after I called three times over the course of two hours about a group of 10+ people at the pool at 4am on a weekday. The voicemail was needlessly passive aggressive, and he informed me that he is often not actually on the property and available to respond to security issues after hours. Outside of just the pool, there have been multiple instances of people fighting and screaming in the middle of the night that he is simply not around to respond to. It's super frustrating to pay luxury prices for an apartment that doesn't have reliable security. Any apartment is going to have a certain level of noise, which is perfectly understandable and not at all an issue. We weren't at all looking for a silent community--it's an apartment with ameneties, of course we expected to be able to hear our neighbors! The problem was always that we felt like Lift wasn't entirely honest when we originally toured and told the leasing agent what we were looking for. We made sure that they knew that we were wanted a community where I could work from home and my roommate could attend classes and do schoolwork. They assured us over and over that Lift was peaceful place to live where you could both work undisturbed and have fun enjoying the amenities, and that they very rarely received noise complaints from residents. This was proven very quickly to be false, so we were disappointed in our experience here from the get-go. Between rent and fees (and without the cost of utilities), we paid almost $1,800 a month to live in a two-bedroom apartment at Lift. For that amount of money, I would expect management that responds to residents' problems and enforces community rules. If you're looking for a complex where you can host parties and where community rules are lax, Lift would be a good fit for you. But if you work from home, go to school, or simply enjoy spending quiet time at home, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Moved in recently and love living here! We love the huge saltwater pool and the cleanliness of the complex, but our favorite thing is how dog-friendly it is here! The dog park is a huge perk, and it's nice to see so many other dog owners! We love having a balcony with a view of the pool and everyone who works here has been helpful so far! The location is great, being by so many good restaurants/bars/shops, and I feel safe knowing the parking garage is so secure! I read previous reviews about how different things around the complex weren't completed, but that hasn't been the case since we moved in last month! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to live near midtown/brick town!

I'll start with this, I couldn't give zero stars, so one star it is. BE ADVISED: they make you pay a deposit, tell you to clean when you move out, then charge you 130 dollars for a cleaning fee. When I moved out, it was the 31st NYE and it was snowing and sleeting and it caused us to go slower so the office stated I could leave my key fob, card, parking pass etc on the counter in the apartment. I got my final move out balance and they charged me for the key card and the parking pass (which for the parking pass that is fair, it hasn't come in the mail yet). Not to mention, I had 2 notifications on my door threatening eviction due to smoking in my apartment - I've never smoked a day in my life. When I called the office questioning it, their reply was "We never put those on doors, we always email that out." I regret not having documentation for this as I document almost everything from work to personal things. I suggest you A, don't live here. And B, if you do, RETAIN YOUR DOCUMENTATION ON EVERYTHING.

The staff at this place is amazing, Jessica upfront has been very helpful and always friendly. The maintenance team is also amazing responding quickly to any issues I have had. The pool is a lot of fun during the day and usually always has good music and good people. The apartments are clean well laid out and to be honest have also been really quiet at night. If I was searching for places all over again I would gladly land back at the Lift

So I am moving out of here because Im getting married (yay!) but not because I dislike it. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with living here. The office staff is super nice. I think you have the same kind of problems here you would have at any big apartment complex. I think for the most part they really try to make sure everyone is living comfortably. I am definitely going to miss the pool for sure! I appreciated the events they put on for residents. My only real issue was the dog park but...what are ya gonna do? My apartment was super pretty with an amazing kitchen. I'm going to miss being walking distance to so many things. Definitely give this place a chance!

Poor management, phone calls to the office are not answered or returned (unless they think you are a potential renter). NOTHING is actually included though they will tell you it is. When they tell you it is, you had better get it in writing and if they say they will discount it later DON'T believe them. I was literally told by office staff that their former employee (who rented me my apartment) was "an idiot" and that he told tenants "things were included that weren't" and then "did you get it in writing" Too bad....Ugh.

I've lived in numerous apartments and by far this is the worst. The reason The Lift gets this honor is they will not take responsibility and continue to charge for an apartment that is not worth its value. From the day I moved in I have had problems - hot water heater not working, broken drawers, bugs in the light fixtures and poor quality paint job resulting in stains on the floors. The biggest problem a leak in the roof coming through the ceiling when we have heavy rain. I've placed several maintenance work orders to address the leaks. Maintainence comes, places a band aid on the problem and we agree I'll see them next time it rains. Meanwhile management won't fix the leak in the roof. They acknowledge the problem, claim it's a corporate issue, their supervisor will contact me and nothing happens. This place may look like a diamond; however it's a cubic zirconia...cheap!!!! Not worth what they are charging. Yes, it's a great location, but still not worth what they are asking.

I would just like to clarify that the one star rating is not indicative of poor staff or maintenance. The routine office staff, bar the manager, and the maintenance staff are efficient & friendly. I cannot say the same for any and all interactions with the manager of the property. It's very expensive, compared to other rental properties in OKC. It constantly smells like pee because of the dogs. You'll most likely also find animal feces in the hallways and stairwells, as well as most grassed areas. The tenants do not pick up after themselves at the pool or gym. They will absolutely nickel and dime you any chance possible. The maintenance & amenities are included and you'll notice that in the price. You may also notice that you won't get as much use out of most things due to the poor hygiene practiced. I could not wait to move & I LOVE apartment living but this motivated me to get a house because of how insanely expensive it was for the worth. Now, I own my own property, and pay less than 1,000 a month for the whole thing, instead of a pricey 1500 with all the bills included, for a cramped two bedroom apartment that leaked when it rained (and we were on the second floor so figure that one out). The location is unbeatable. Otherwise, If you'd like to ENJOY where you live, I'd look elsewhere. You could rent an entire 4 bedroom house for the price you'll be paying to live there.
