My daughter started going here a few months ago & I can't speak highly enough about this place! A new director took over last year (Sonja) and she is remarkable!! I would recommend anyone and everyone here! & that's coming from someone who is VERY picky about who takes care of her daughter. I know there have been bad reviews in the past but there was a giant overhaul since then and it truly is a wonderful place! They keep me in the loop on everything, which I really appreciate & my daughter, who can be super serious and very choosy about who she likes, LOVES her teachers and asks for them daily! Rachael & Taylor are wonderful as well as Emma & Nika! As I'm sure are the rest of them.. I just haven't come into too much contact with everyone else just yet.Bonuses: They have large storm shelters, they accommodate her milk allergy wonderfully, the place is SUPER clean and I love the check in & out system. It's very efficient, safe and quick. Also, the payment system is VERY simple, especially compared to where we used to go! I LOVE it!

I would give LifeSpring negative Stars if that was an option. Not only as an employer but also as a trusted center. I worked at Lifespring for less than a month and had bad experience after bad experience. On my first day I witnessed a teacher swing a two-year-old up by one arm in a forceful way to change a diaper. That same teacher later threw a ball and hit my child in the face with it. She didn't check on my child and it left a red mark on her face. When I confronted her she told me that I was being ridiculous. I told management immediately and nothing was done. I was told that she was just having a bad day and that the cameras couldn't catch it because of the angle. On 9-10-18 the floater teacher for the infant room, which I worked in, was making footprint art with a child using brown paint. The teacher said, " at least the brown paint doesn't stain like the black, you go home looking half n*****." I immediately told management again and again nothing was done. The other teacher in the infant room is a black woman, she was forced to continue to work with someone who expressed such hate, we all were. The director compared the racial slur to someone calling someone a "fat ass." I witnessed that same teacher forcefully shove pacificers into babies mouths, jerk them around and lose her cool at least once a day. Management knew about all of this. The teacher was still allowed to keep her job!! They will guarantee you 40 hours a week but then send everyone home except the favorites. Children are moved from room to room, you never know which teacher is going to be with your child. They mix all ages together in unsafe ways. It is the most unprofessional, hate-filled center I have ever experienced. If you have your children enrolled here I strongly suggest you find another place.

My toddler was left outside on the playground and I was notified a WEEK late. There were several stories of how long it was. I was told anywhere from 2-20 minutes. Do not send your child to Lifespring Learning Center. The only reason they are getting a star is because I had to choose one.

My daughter was left in the same diaper twice for 9.5 hrs. The first day was speculation, the second day was confirmation. I'd discretely marked her diaper with sharpy to see if they would change it, but she was wearing the same diaper when she got home. I will be reporting them if they cannot give me a good answer. The director Erica doesn't do sh+t and always tries to cover up things. Once my daughter had a different hairstyle when I went to pick her up and the director was talking to me with glee about how the teacher gave her a nice hair style. When I got home and checked my daughter's head she had a small laceration in her head. The director was unable to tell me how it happen. My daughter was two at the time and she could not tell me what happened. So many cameras install and she can never give an answer how things happened. She protects the staff more than the kids. I don't pay $172.00/weekly for my child to be neglected.

My toddler was bit more than 10 times in less than 3 months. When I lost count of how many times my child was truly bitten because many of the bites went unreported by the daycare. The director, Stacie W., made a lot of bottomless promises including that she would shadow the class and the biter until the biting was under control (she would be in the classroom for a few MINUTES a day, if at all), and she claimed she called DHS for help with the chronic biting situation, but when I contacted DHS they said they hadn't received ANY communication from her about this problem AT ALL. Initially, I was very understanding and cooperative to work through the biting issue, as I understand it is a developmentally appropriate behavioral issue. But when the bites persisted consistently with absolutely no follow-up or pro-activity by the director Stacie W. I had to remove my child from being harmed any further. The day I pulled my child out of Kidopolis after my child had been bit AGAIN (second time just that week) I was crying when I was talking to Stacie W. because I was so hurt and frustrated that my child keeps getting targeted and subjected to pain and she keeps allowing it to happen. I asked to speak to her boss (a pastor of Heartland church, the daycare is located inside the Heartland church) and Stacie W. left the room to go get the pastor so I could speak to him about the biting issue. When Stacie W. left the room another mother who had seen the commotion came over to me and said "I feel your pain. My child has been here for "such&such" time and when my child was that age they got bit all the time and Stacie W. didn't do sh*t about it. Even now my child will get hurt when the kids are fighting and roughhousing and they don't do anything about it. IT DOESN'T GET BETTER......" I was so upset I never got a chance to thank that mother who came over and told me that and I wish I had. So if your considering Kidopolis, my advice is: RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
