I have used LG for multiple sessions since 2017. Unfortunately the complete lack of professionalism, communication, accountability and quality has been so poor that I will never be using this business again and would suggest you don't either. I first used her for wedding photos in 2017. The photos were delivered way past the date in our contract, but the quality was good. The second time I used her was for newborn pictures. We discussed day and time and she was a no show. She finally showed after I left many voicemails and messages. I do have proof in my email that she had confirmed the day and time. Again, photos were delivered way past the due date but the quality was good. She blamed the fact that she had my maiden name listed and that was why they were late sending them back. Again, taking no ownership for her own error. I signed my married name in my emails when confirming our date. From this point forward, I always made sure to include both my maiden name and married name when starting a new email thread so that she could not place blame on me in the future.The third time I used her was for my daughter's second birthday photos and a mini maternity session. I did them back to back. Again, she was a no show. I have emails to prove that she did in fact confirm the day and time. She always acts surprised like she didn't have me down on her calendar as if it's not her fault. No ownership or accountability. Again, the photos were delivered way past the due date. I have never received photos from her on time. It's always excuses and zero accountability. If she is not able to hold herself to the timeline that SHE gives herself, then she needs to change her website information. It's that simple. Up until this point, I had been willing to work with the terrible communication because I loved her photos. This all changed when I received my daughters second birthday photos. They look nothing like her work. The quality is horrible. We look washed out and the white wall behind us is literally blue. My daughter is naturally pale, but she looks like a ghost the way these are edited. It looks as if she slapped a poor quality preset on every photo. They don't reflect her work at all. I emailed her kindly asking if she could re-edit the photos. This email was sent 05/11. She finally responded and asked what session I was comparing it to because she said colors have a big influence. That makes sense but I always put us in neutral colors so the poor editing was not because we were wearing loud colors. I sent her a screenshot of photos she had done for us in the past and another session I had picked on her website. She told me she had it set to re-edit June 27th 2023. It is now March 8th 2024 and I have still not received these photos. I have sent an email about once a month every month since then and sometimes she doesn't respond at all and other times it's just another excuse. I had these photos taken for my daughter's second birthday and she is now THREE. She is unable to respond but not unable to consistently post on social media. So all in all 2 of the 4 sessions she no showed and every single session has been delivered late. Now the quality is bad. I gave her every opportunity to rectify the situation and she chose not to do so. I know she likes to argue back to some of these reviews (again no accountability whatsoever and always puts the blame on others) but I absolutely have saved every email and message with proof of everything that I have stated here with date and time stamps included. If anyone wants me to send them, I'd be more than happy to. I have never been more frustrated with trying to communicate with literally anyone in my entire life than this business.

Do NOT book her. Editing of the photos is not what she advertises and when I emailed her 3 times asking her to address my concerns, she completely ignored me. She travels to Panama City Beach, FL for shoots . She could have addressed my concerns by re-editing some of the photos-- she chose to ignore me. Pick someone else!

The absolute worst quality beach pictures I have ever seen. She sent ones back where my children's eyes were closed. Not one single usable picture for what I consider to be an expensive photo shoot.

Before you start reading the 5 star reviews just know Lisa pretty much paid her Facebook group, mostly women who have NEVER used her to leave positive reviews by offering a free session, which I don't think any of them received nearly 6 months later.I paid for a Platinum Newborn package that was supposed to include 80-100 photos, last 2 to 4 hours and receive within 5, yes 5 days! I received 40 pictures, it lasted less than 2 hours and my baby was perfect and slept the entire time, and did not get my pictures back until 6 weeks later. She said after the holidays which is weeks passed, she would go through my pictures again. Mind you, they would be duplicates! Not only does she make up excuses she doesn't do the work herself. Her sister was good and kind but when you dont do your work yourself, things get messed up, like me clearly not getting enough pictures taken. I emailed the day after our session and made sure I would receive my pictures in 5 days and another person responded back yes, which obviously didnt get relayed that I asked. Finally after over a month of me asking Lisa said I was wrote down for a lesser package! She did not give any options to fix this. I have a session balance with her because she canceled on us for the refuge last April, so I guess she played me for more money. Be very cautious when using her.I know I'm a not alone on this, a woman got pictures done in Florida and way after the deadline still hadn't received them, we messaged with each other our horror stories.

Can I give 0 stars? Everyone and anyone should run from doing any kind of business with this "photographer" who also goes by 30a Beach Photographer aka Lisa George. I found her on a beach vacationing page that I follow via social media and was immediately drawn to her vibrant, colorful, and bold beach pictures. I went to her website and emailed her for availability to which she got right back to me to set up a date and ask for a deposit. The deposit was paid and the contract was signed stating that full payment would be due two days prior to the photo session and that a turnaround time for a full edited gallery would be four weeks. My family and I travel to Destin, Florida for a vacation from the St. Louis, Missouri area and are very excited to finally have all of us on the beach together for the first time. Lisa had originally said that she would reach out to me two days before the session to let me know where to meet for the shoot. I did not hear from her and had to reach out to her myself the day before our photos, which I found unsettling. At this point, we had already made a full payment of $950 weeks before so she was paid in full far in advance. We met with her at the exact place and time she stated via text messages and without introducing herself or saying two words she got right into shooting the session. She did let us see one or two photos on the camera during the shoot which was nice. We paid for 30-40 minutes of her time and she stayed for a max of 30 minutes and quickly ran off as if she was in a rush. She had stated that she would get me a sneak peek 3-4 days from that day. The 3-4 day window came and went and I had nothing. At this point, we had flown back to St. Louis where home is. I decided it is Fall and maybe a busy season for her, I know it can be a hassle with people nagging you for photos so I let her have her four weeks per the signed contract. Then, the four weeks came and went. I politely emailed and texted Lisa asking when we would be getting our photos as did my sister-in-law. There was either no response at all or a very close-ended text message beating around the bush. Her first response back to my question said that she believed she had two more days because "October 10th-November 10th is exactly four weeks" (it's not) but I wasn't going to argue so I said okay that sounds good. She said she would have them to us by midnight two days from then. We waited patiently and midnight came and went, surprise! We did not get anything from her. My sister-in-law called her the next morning as did I and got no response, just an automated text, "Can I call you later" within 30 seconds of the call. I texted her and told her how unprofessional she was acting and how we have been nothing but patient with her and she finally texted me back stating that she was out last night with friends which is why the pictures didn't get sent. She could sense that I was not happy so she decided she was going to refund me. I said no, I want the images that we paid you for. She INSISTED that she refunded me the $950 instead of just sending the images which was very fishy. She claimed she was boarding a plane that I needed to hurry up and give her my Venmo and so I did and got my full refund but nothing can fix the fact that we are out of our family photos. She wasted our time, money, and precious memories we can't get back. My parents are getting older and it was their first time at the beach with their grandkids, it is just a shame that this person is out there doing this over and over again to these poor families and still getting away with it. I wish I had looked at her BBB rating which is an F and multiple horrible Yelp reviews because it seems that this is not her first rodeo with this outcome. She has a track record and this has been going on for years. I was naive and did not see any ratings on her social pages which is also odd looking back and with how this scenario has been dealt with. She must have her reviews turned off for everyone to see on Facebook, Instagram, and so on. Lisa, you can hide those reviews honey but Yelp and BBB don't lie and are there for the public eye FOR GOOD. I wanted my images, not a refund. I am appreciative of my refund however, we are without images now which is the worst part. Going forward I will NEVER give any vendor a full payment up front before receiving the service contracted. I understand a deposit to book but Lisa has ruined it for me and I pray that no one else goes through this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read all of these Yelp reviews before giving Lisa a dime! You WILL NOT get your images and will go round and round with a grown woman who acts like a child only to get nowhere, plain and simple. Lisa has excuse after excuse and can't simply answer the question "When will the gallery be ready?" Make sure to look up her other names and sites because there are more than four with name changes for a reason. Do your research and DO NOT USE THIS PERSON FOR ANY IMAGES!!

Horrible customer service and quality is not at all what it used to be! Does not meet her own deadlines for delivery of photos and always has an excuse of why she's late. She never takes ownership of her delays and once photos are received they are no longer current pictures. Total lack of communication. If you leave her a question or comment on Facebook because she won't respond to emails, texts or voice messages about expected ETA, then she just deletes the comment, blocks you on Facebook and still doesn't respond in any other way. Don't waste your time or money with LG Photography..

Unorganized, unprofessional and over promising and under delivery of her services. Paid the fee and never received photos. All we got were excuses. Should have read the other reviews before purchasing. Scammer photographer!!! I would post zero stars if I could but I had to pick one star to post a review.

I'm rating her one star, because zero stars isn't an option. 100% would not recommend or use again. She told us it would take 6 weeks to get our photos back, the six weeks passed and nothing. We emailed her several times, she finally responded saying she would send them right over. And then crickets. No response. No pictures. 100 percent think she has scammed us and we will never receive our photos. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. YOU'LL REGRET IT AS WE HAVE
