Don't waste your time. Worst place I've lived. They will lure you in and make it sound like the best place to live in downtown OKC, but run away, fast! I lived here for a year and you can literally hear everything above you. The residents above me had a kid who would yell, bounce balls and throw his toys all day, every day. You can imagine what that was like for me, especially since the flooring is all wood. Management did nothing. They have a courtesy officer as well for incidents like this, but when we called, the officer told us to go purchase ear plugs. The property manager is awfull! Oh wait.. there's more. We had to put in a maintenance request at least twice a month. These apartments are old and need a lot of work. Move out day was the happiest day of my life. We live in a newer apartment also in downtown OKC, and the difference is staggering. Better management, sound proof, and better in every way! Pay the extra $100 to rent a nicer, newer "luxury" apartment, with management that actually care and want you to enjoy your stay. If you want a positive from the experience at Level, I'd say the location is great if you want to be close to brick town. But midtown and uptown are so much better.

Don't give this apartment a second glance. My wife and I were shown a "move-in ready" apartment that had water damage they didn't even know about( but was pretty obvious if you looked). We are still waiting for our deposit check to be refunded a month later.

Lived at Level for approximately two years, all via long-term lease, not month-to-month. Across those two years, it was easy to see the decline of this surprisingly new complex happen; the attentive cleaning of public areas, maintenance on basic components of the building (e.g. doors/gates, elevator, the pool) slowed down and eventually stopped in some areas, and the replacement of fixtures and in-unit machines with obviously exceedingly low-cost, inferior versions communicates one thing: the older this building gets, the costlier it will be to live here, which means it is not a good deal for *anyone.* I'm not sure the building is even a decade old, but the shiny surface has worn away. There are better deals in better areas of Oklahoma City, too; I'd warn folks away from Level simply because it continues to fall into disrepair and there are few remaining destinations surrounding Deep Deuce. You're better off in Midtown, in West Village, or even just up the street at the Metro.

Lived at level for a 1 year lease while working in the city and had absolutely no problems. Maintainable requests were filled no later than next day, security was top notch, and the environment was very pleasant! If I had any issue at all it would be that the rent could be lowered a touch, but you certainly get what you pay for! All public areas were kept very clean and staff was very friendly! (Shout out rebekah!) definitely a 5/5 for me

I have had the privilege of living at level, then upgrading to a bigger apartment at Mosaic, both properties are absolutely awesome. Going on 4 yrs and have no plans of leaving. Staffs great!!! From leasing to maintenance all the way to management. If 10 stars were available that's what's warranted

I leased a 2 bedroom apartment from the Level solely because they told me there were no one bedrooms available. After moving in I felt like this was hard to believe since the place seems virtually empty all the time. However you will know if you have neighbors above you. That's guaranteed. The so called "urban" looking apartments are hardly contemporary at all. They have old faucets, appliances, and lighting fixtures. The cabinets, which were black, are chipping away and look really cheap and the countertops look like they're faded and discolored, but not in a good way. The vinyl wood pattern floors are very cheap and tend to scratch very easily. I know this because they withheld a good portion of my deposit saying that they had to relay these vinyl planks. I don't want to get into details, but this is what happens when you lease from these places that use such cheap materials. The elevators sound like they're going to break at any minute. My job transferred to another state and I had to break my lease. FYI There is a $1500 lease buy out (not so cool) and you must repay your initial "1 month free rent" back as well, which is understandable. My fault, I should have told them I wanted to read the contract in full before signing. Just keep in mind that breaking your lease will cost you about $3000, and then they'll try to keep your deposit as well. The pros to living at the Level is definitely the location and Urban Johnnie's downstairs. The complex itself did feel safe as well as the surroundings areas. With so many new apartments being built, I just don't believe the price is worth the stay.

Had a horrible experience trying to rent from LevelOKC. Was told that I had to pay a 365$ deposit just to be able to apply to rent, was told on the phone many times that the room I wanted to rent was available, by many operators. Paid the deposit and was told that the room is no longer available. Still waiting to get a refund for my deposit. Rude and unscrupulous agents that are all about the $$$ and do not care about their customers.
