Long established place here in Norman. Good food. Our New Years tradition since moving here.

My first visit to Legend's on Christmas Eve with a party of 9 left a lasting impression. The anticipation was met with a smoothly coordinated seating arrangement - our table ready ahead of time in the midst of the holiday rush. The restaurant, adorned with elegant Christmas decor, exuded a festive atmosphere, complemented by soft, calming background music.Our waitress proved to be a standout, demonstrating attentiveness and patience throughout our meal. However, our table's location in a corner near what seemed like an exit door presented challenges. It felt a bit cramped, lacking the space to maneuver comfortably, and the draft from the door left some of us chilled.As a seafood enthusiast, I opted for the fried calamari, Maryland-style crab cakes, and the maple-glazed salmon fillet, along with a Moscow Mule. While the food and drinks were good, they didn't quite reach the pinnacle of the best I've ever had. As someone accustomed to east coast seafood, I admit to a bit of bias, but Legend's offerings still held their own.The overall experience at Legend's was enjoyable, despite the minor inconveniences. The warmth of the holiday setting and the good food make it a place worth returning to. It might not be the absolute best, but Legend's offers a pleasant dining experience that I appreciate and would recommend.

The best restaurant experience in Norman thus far! We were greeted promptly and warmly before being seated immediately.Our server Cassandra redefined the word "customer service." She was warm, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the menu and treated us like we were the most important people in the restaurant. We will definitely return and will only be seated in her section!The food was served exactly as ordered and was prepared with passion and expertise.If I could give our experience 10 stars I certainly would!We will definitely be returning as often we can.

A staple in Norman, OK! It's OU parents weekend and my daughter's only request was to eat at Legend's and it was as good as it always is! Super busy so always make a reservation . We had fettuccine, filets, horseradish crusted Salmon and they were all simply fabulous! It is loud in the restaurant but it's a quaint ambiance you have to know to appreciate!

The food was really good and service was amazing. We went for a nice date night and it was nice. Will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful Pre-Valentine's Cocktail testing tonight. The cocktail creations were truly unique and delicious. The bites of food served with it were very well matched and quite substantial. The atmosphere was cheerful and it looked like people were having a good time. The servers were delightful but had to deal with an occasional delay of food or drinks, which was a little surprising since Legends is known for hosting private events. But however, it wasn't a big deal.Unfortunately, what put a real damper on it at the end was the slice of their lemon cake. It's a favorite of mine and I was looking forward to it. The slice was half the size it used to be for the same price. I understand that prices go up and I expected that a cut might be less than it used to be but my slice wasn't even half and smaller than my friend's. What a great disappointment. This restaurant truly cares how it is perceived by its clientele and their response is highly appreciated making it

My husband and I ate here for our first wedding anniversary. All of the staff made us feel so special! White tablecloth, free dessert, and personalized note on the receipt. The ambiance was romantic because of the live pianThe pasta was generously portioned and flavorful. The waitress recommended the Coca Cola cake and it was AMAZING!

We are in town for a special event. Found this restaurant thru yelp reviews. Overall, it was a good experience. Service was good. Everyone in our party enjoyed the warm rolls, their meal., especially dessert. Live piano entertainment and birthday celebrations were abundant. I did notice that the utensils were old and scratched. Time to replace them so they correctly complement the linens. Sometimes it's the little things that make a difference.

Had reservations on Friday night. Was seated immediately next to the piano and it was a great setting especially since the pianist played softly where the sound wasn't overpowering. I had an old fashioned with makers mark and it was really good. Will go again!
