Legend V Apartments

I've lived here since June 2017. These are the nicest apartments in East Edmond. It has an amazing pool, a dog park, a gym, and it is very well-maintained. It went through some transitioning with owners and managers, but overall this is my favorite place to live!

Legend V is a very nice place to live. The management and maintenance staff are wonderful. I really enjoy living here.

One of the worst living experiences of my life. We were robbed more than once by staff and negligence on the staffs behalf. I was personally sexually assaulted by a maintenance person. They allow their employees and maintenance people to live on site and have access to everything your paying for. Not supposed to have alcohol in pool area however have seen staff multiple times with alcohol in the pool area. They walked in our apartment twice with no notice.once my wife was naked another time she was sleeping home alone. They had over 5 inspections in 4 months but wouldn't tell you why. The last inspection before we moved they sent exactly 10 peeps into our apartment! The are ran out of Texas and never return calls. Good luck if something breaks. May never get it fixed. There are no security cameras and the gates are broken or stuck open all the time. I had my truck broken into and everything stolen out of our garage. This place is not safe and management looks at everyone like they are an inconvenience. They are crooks. You don't get what you pay for here. Stay away as far as possible.

DO NOT MOVE INTO HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A FEMALE LIVING ALONE!!! They literally don't have enough parking for everyone that lives here. I live in the very back and I have had to park my car two buildings down from the front gate of the whole complex more than 5 different times. ALL times when it was freezing. Having to walk that far at night just to get to my own house I'm paying $1,200 for each month as a female is VERY dangerous and so unnecessary for an apartment complex with parking literally in front of the buildings. Absolutely ridiculous. There was also mold starting to grow in the bathroom almost a month after moving in and their dryers break literally every other month.

Absolutely terrible management terrible maintenance lived here for a little over a year they constantly come in and out of your home without permission or acknowledgment I spent half the winter in a hotel because no water do to lack of maintenance spent half the summer with no ac they had no idea how to fix it and refused to use a heat & air company and the bathtub which is something my wife likes to enjoy stayed torn apart and unfixed since two months after we moved in I asked for six months many many times just for a $30 gate opener that I was paying for and never received one finally gave up left still without receiving one I kept having to ask for permission just to fix things myself costing me more money just to try and live comfortably left the apartment in better condition with upgrades such as much cleaner for one also sealed all countertops so water would stop leaking in the drawers fixed cabinets fixed light Fixtures that was falling fixed garbage disposal that wasn't working redone the grout that was absolutely nasty the list goes on and still didn't receive my deposit back yet they constantly had money for pool party's and cookouts provided by the management if others are experiencing this please comment or leave a review until the owners gets enough customs showing proof others will continue to go though this and management won't get fixed the owners who built this complex in just 2012 will take a huge loss and bad rep everyone will lose besides the management that's ruining it for those below and above them

Absolutely has to be the worst apartment managers!! most worthless Management in the history of apartment management!! Rude, cannot explain how they handle secure documents when asked why they repeatedly need the same documents over and over, claim they never received, when the email confirmation would show otherwise, repeatedly, clearly has no understanding of how real estate law works when yelling at tenants, and entering apartments!!!
