I read the other review, and I can see Tina's frustration. Me personally, I actually like to just roam the store and shop on my own. If I want something, I ask Reggy, he's more than accommodating, even if it is something he doesn't have, he will get it.If you are used to going those big stores where they have commissioned sales dogs who hump your leg when you enter the store, you will feel unloved at Legacy. It is small town, this place is going to let you graze a bit first, and I can see how that is off putting when compared to the norm. For us, I like the prices. I like having my stuff delivered and undamaged (which is actually a big problem with those big places in the city). I like buying locally. It does not hurt to shop those big stores, but what you should do is take pictures, bring them to Legacy, and have them make you an offer (you can save a bunch, and have local service). Next thing I am getting at Legacy is a 32" LCD TV. Reggy has some good deals on them, competitive to Walmart, and I HATE BUYING ANYTHING FROM WALMART.

I had read the previous review where the person waited for 30 minutes to be waited on & I feel like Mark S. about it: if I want something or have a question, I'll just ask. I don't need store employees sticking to me like glue, pressuring me or speaking up when I'm trying to voice concerns to my husband as I shop. So, for me, Legacy Furniture in Holdenville was the ideal place to shop. After looking at every store in Ada, and searching Craigslist exhaustively for weeks, I decided to give Legacy a try & boy was I pleased. I found a loveseat that fit my needs perfectly. When I had questions, I simply asked one of the employees & they answered me politely & then left me to browse with my husband. I like that & I will be going back to Legacy again the next time I need furniture or mattresses. Their furniture is reasonably priced & their selection suited my needs very well.
