Pretty building with unique architecture. Lots of businesses in the building, and a small food court on the street level. There is a parking garage below the building. Street parking is available with pay to park between certain hours The lobby is large and open with seating and tables scattered around. The flower beds are well cared for, and the interior has nice stone floors. They have many events in the lobby outside of regular business hoursI think they do a charity event where they climb stairs for American Cancer Society or The American Lung Association among other charity events. You may be able to host an event thereThere are entrances and exits on all sides of the building and the west side is used as a dock, and there is a small dog park in the courtyard there

Went to my first Yelp event here!I was very impressed with the place. Modern decor, very inviting, and a perfect place for a large party. Our event was after hours so the normal businesses were closed, but I'll be back in the day time to check out a meal or dessert from one of the restaurants housed in the square.

One of the best downtown options we have in OKC.* There's a word for that, but my thesaurus just ran out the door crying.
