Le Monde Bakery & Cafe

Small bakery as part of World Fresh Food Hall, selling baked goods, desserts, and drinks. Decent selection of goods. I would say most people stop by Le Monde due to shopping at World Fresh including myself. I have never stopped by just because I want to go to Le Monde. It's not bad though.

Great bakery with an assortment of pastries, cakes, cookies and other goods as well as beverages like iced coffee and teas. Prompt service and a lot of seating in the food court area. Also located within the World Fresh International Market supermarket store. Recommended!

You'll definitely find unique flavor Bao here! I just had to buy a tray and bring them home. I got pandan custard bun, leek Parmesan bread, strawberry mango bun, two egg tart (original, not the Portuguese kind)... I was in Bao heaven! Next time we are passing through I am going to get a drink! So many options, it was overwhelming!

I love their hot baguette and coffee. My daughter also love the buttercream bread. The customer sevice is nice.

I have only had the peach tea and sweets from here, so that's all I can speak to. The peach tea was the best tea I've ever had from places like this! It tasted so good and fresh and nor just overly sweet. I enjoyed my macarons and cake as well. I wish it was closer.

I made a quick stop today at World Fresh International Market to pick up a couple of Asian groceries that had run out. I've been here once but ignored the little bread shop on the left-hand corner of the store but I've been craving asian bakeries for a few days so I thought I'd take a look.My eyes made a quick sweep of the sweet breads on the counter/display that were at the immediate entrance to the cafe. Oh my! Why have I not cared to check them out before?!! There were a good selection of sweet buns and cream-filled breads I've been missing. And ... macarons!!! I'm always looking for OKC's best macarons being fairly new to the 'hood. I need a go-to macaron place as they are kind of my weed. As for the husband, macarons are new to him since they've just been introduced by me when we dated 3 years ago, so far he hasn't been impressed with this sweet delight I'm always craving. We brought home a couple of cream buns and chocolate croissants as well as two macarons each. The verdict? We've found OUR macaron place!! The husband's eyes grew big after he took a bite of his pistachio macaron. He said, "Wow! This is not like the others I've had!" And he is right, my raspberry macaron was absolutely heavenly. Light, crumbly, slightly chewy, delicately sweet and the raspberry curd pleasantly tart making the blend with the sweetness of the shell sublime. I think I need to find an excuse to go for groceries at the WFIM every other day!Besides the macaron, I have to say the bakery was very clean, spacious, and bright. As with all asian bakeries their items are individually wrapped in plastic envelopes. There were also a few cutesie cake pops and meringues. Too adorable! The cashier was also sweet and pleasant. Such a lovely first time experience!

Okay, overall I am iffy on this bakery BUT their macarons are the best I've ever had. So many of them the flavors seem the same, but not here. HERE. the flavors stand out and you know by taste what you just ate. If you want a macaron bursting with rose or lemon or blueberry, come here! Their teas are lacking. It was almost all milk and I just wanted tea with boba. I can get that at other places, but not here. I guess I should have read the sign better

Ordered a cake from here. Pretty good and reasonably priced. Bubble tea is hit or miss depending on your taste

The reason for the 1 star? If you're a bakery, I expect freshly baked goods. Not day old and dry or greasy bread. We purchased several bread filled with various fillings, and surprisingly, all bad! Wasted our time and money. Can't recommend!

The service here was amazing, the staff were very sweet and the location was very maintained and clean :)The tea was super yummy and I'll definitely be returning!
