Needs updating Electrical is faulty and surges too often. Owner is aware but unwilling to update. Let's dogs roam free and tear things up. If it isn't attached there is a good chance his dogs will tear it up or drag it off. RJ is unwilling to replace or refund. His response is always well dogs will be dogs or puppies will be puppies. They pee and poop everywhere and again his response is well that's what they do. The shower house/toilet is old and needs replacing. Not open but just a couple months of the year. Only available for 1person at a time. The pond is not fit for fishing much less swimming. The water is stagnant unless it rains heavy then it flows over and when it floods it floods big time. You will get stuck. He has no scruples when renting a space out. The last couple had to get a tow truck for semis to pull out their motor home 3 times before the tow truck was able to leave. They just ended up leaving themselves. Don't blame them. There isn't any sewer hookups So you have to dump your own up at the dump station.

This is the best little RV park I have ever found. It is a hidden gem off the beaten path. The rv sites are located at the ponds edge. Everyone gets their own piece of shore line. The large deep pond is well stocked. They also have a nice fishing dock, free use of the canoe, and a swimming/fishing dock in the middle of the pond. It is peaceful, quiet, beautiful views. Far away from city life. The owners are so friendly and accommodating.
