My husband and I have owned 2 Landmark Homes. The first one was an existing new home in Valencia. The home as gorgeous and extreme energy efficient. In 2008, a winter storm caused us to lose power and it was several days before we got cold! We decided to move to Moore and had Landmark build us a custom home. We loved every step of the process and the home is the prettiest home we have ever seen! The energy efficiency is even better than our first Landmark home! Our home is 4400 square feet and our utilities are less than our friends with homes half the size of ours. Building a home is an imperfect science, and Landmark made a few mistakes. But, they were willing to do whatever it takes to make sure we were happy! I'd be happy to share more info if you want it! We love Landmark Fine Homes!

Do not move into your house until it is completed. They will avoid doing work after you move in. I live in a neighborhood with many unfinished items on pre move in lists. It a running joke with my neighbors. I still have tape from the initial painting of the house. Warranty practically doesn't exist.

I've hit the fed up mark with Landmark. we moved in in March 24 and already have dealt with the following: Clogged drainage from workers putting trash in pipes, baseboards separating from walls in every room of the house, floor putty (if that's what it is) smeared everywhere all over the floors from putting the fo wood down. Putty is similar to wood color so I bet they said screw it, we don't need to clean the wood. Concrete issues galore. Already had 3 piers put in. grout smeared behind bathtub that you can't reach but can see because the tub it too close to the wall. Baseboards all uneven which have gaps everywhere. kitchen fridge has to have cardboard underneath the back of it even after placing shims because the foundation is so uneven. (Even the installers said it was the worst they had ever seen). Oh and to top it all off they use the cheapest materials like flat paint and put blocks in the corners where the baseboards meet so they don't have to be good carpenters to install them flush. The worst part about all of this is you ask them to fix the things you notice, they schedule someone to come out and do it, and they leave your house looking worse than what it was. It's like putting lipstick on pig. Unfortunately i didnt notice all these things until I spent a fortune (to me) on the house and then experienced these issues after I moved in. The only way you catch these things are if you are a good realtor/have one or an experienced home buyer. I hope and pray to god this saves someone from making the same mistake I am. don't fall for the (good looking house). Be picky and meticulous when looking at the home. Can't wait for the owner to comment on this post. I'll even send him my address so he can come experience the greatness of his product. I'll give him a free walkthrough and tour of a Landmark Home".

I bought a home in Richland, WA from Landmark 2 and half years ago. It has been wonderful. One of the best built homes I have ever owned. Landmark was great to work with for working out the bugs on a new construction better than any builder I have had in the past. I highly recommend Landmark.

BUYER BEWARE! We have been in our new Landmark home for almost a year and we regret the decision more every day. Let's start with the fact that we didn't have a mailbox for almost 3 months. We've filed several claims against our home warranty and are still continuing to battle the HVAC issues for last 11 months with no resolution. We had no insulation in part of the house and come to find out at 3 of our other neighbors have experienced the same issue. Before you decide on a landmark home, come to our neighborhood and speak to any of the seven home owners that currently live in the new development and hear their stories.

Best purchase I ever made. After making the mistake of buying an old home that had COUNTLESS "off the books" renovations made by the previous homeowner, I can say without a doubt I will never again not buy a brand new home and my pick is Landmark. Matt was great with communication and the people working on my house were polite, professional and did a beautiful job. In fact, everyone I've run across working at Landmark has been incredible. I agree with Shane M.'s (hidden) review that Landmark Fine Homes is the best home builder in Oklahoma City!

I purchased my home in June of 2022. Many things are wrong with the home from tiles popping up, shower walls in the master bath bowing, guest bath tub and shower not installed properly, garage floor stained horribly due to using it for a dumpster, paint peeling off the walls because it primed and not painted, sink faucets installed wrong, doors not installed properly,no key for my fireplace just a big hole, cabinets coming apart just to name a few. Landmark Fine Homes refuses to address these issues. Once they get your money it's all over. The only recourse you have is to take legal action. Which is no problem for me. I have pictures of everything and have documentation of every conversation, email, texts, and recordings of the sales person telling me that's what I should expect because I only paid less than 400,000 for my home and also that's the way they do things in Oklahoma. Think twice before you use this builder and watch out for the fake reviews.

Very unresponsive when warranty issues came up. Had to remind multiple times items needed fixing. 1 year later. Stucco looks poor with brick lines showing through, stain needs to be redone on beams. Today I replaced the low quality carpet and the installer was able to sweepup a coffee can full of drywall dust and trash that was under the aster bedroom carpet. I would not buy from them again.
