We had a great salesman. Then we get home to find the third brake light is only partly working asked why that was not fixed and how we could make this right got the run around had to call them again then told that it was on us this could be a safety issue or even a ticket but they will not make it right. We also got home and started it the next day to find the starter is also having issues did not notice for the test drive as they had already warmed it up so started right away with no sound we are very displeased and will never buy from them again or recommend anyone go here also had to wait for the detal before we left worst detal I have ever seen forgot to mention the mirror motors act like they are having a seizure when you hit the memory button

Service department is fantastic! I was able to get in quickly for routine oil change on my ram 1500. Technician noticed a problem and service advisor let me know it's covered under warranty. They were able to quickly Give me a ride home and pick me up when service was complete.

From the time I called to check on the availability of a vehicle, to the time I signed paperwork, Matt was great! He was understanding and kind, and made this my quickest snd easiest purchase to date!

I bought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE on December 31st. Was told by salesmen my vehicle qualified for $3750 tax credit. I filed my taxes and was rejected because the dealership failed to notify the IRS they sold me the eligible vehicle. When I went to dealership and advised the error, they lied and said that it was because I made more than $75k and wasn't eligible. After researching with the IRS, this was false information and the amount is $300k married filing jointly (which I'm well under). Went back to the dealership with the correct information and was told again that there won't do anything. I suspect fraud, but don't know. It will all come out when I get my attorney and IRS investigates. Bottom line, don't go here. Once car is sold, not their problem anymore.

Salesman: I've been contacted by many dealerships and hassled by salesmen who seem desperate to make a sale. But Matthew takes a different approach. He didn't hassle, found me exactly what I was looking for, was honest, and truly seemed to have my best interest in mind. As long as he's in the business, I'll go back to him for my next vehicle. Dealership: I got the deal I was looking for. Even with a trade in, I was in and out much faster than most dealerships. Everybody there was professional, offered assistance, but didn't linger while I looked around. I'll only shop at Lander's now.

My truck has been in the shop for a warranty transmission for 30 days and I have not received one phone call update. I have to go by there to get any updates. Even talked to the service manager and still nothing. The absolute worst service I have ever received. If I don't get an update today I am going to pull it out of the shop and take it to Seth Wadley in Paul's Valley. Ridiculous that this is how they treat their customers.

They did good aside from me being her 3 1/2hrs even with an appt at 8am. So many people came after I did and left before I did.

It's been a long time that I've been treated with respect and professionalism at a car dealership especially the service department. Everything was upfront and honest my truck was even more ashes and ready to go once I arrived to pick it up.
