This is the worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Buckle up, this is going to be lengthy. I originally went to look at a Colorado and was excited to see it. Once I got there and looked at the truck, I realized the back seat was too small and would not work for my family. I noticed a Jeep sitting in the used lot and asked to look at it. I did a short test drive with my wife, and everything seemed fine. We came back the next day and start the process of buying. I traded in my 2021 Bronco and felt ok with the price I was offered. There was no "wiggle" room on the Jeep, according to my salesman. This was on 2/14 and my lovely wife was ok with celebrating the next day. My salesman, Ron, assured me we'd be out of there quickly, I've bought a bunch of cars, I knew that was not going to happen. We get back with the finance guy who contradicted himself, told a few lies trying to bond with me over paintball, then got to work selling me a warranty. We were buying a diesel, so I bought the warranty, though the Jeep had 9000 miles. We button everything up and leave the dealership. The next day after a short drive the diesel began to knock. I took it back to the dealership immediately. My salesman met me outside and brought out someone who would know better than he to determine if there was an issue. There was an issue, and the Jeep would be sent to the Jeep dealership for inspection. Meanwhile, I would be thrown the keys to a loaner vehicle by the manager who smelled like he had just smoked and made zero effort to show care about the situation with my less than day 1 old vehicle. The loaner had no gas, was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. I returned it a week later due to the condition. I called back a few days later and spoke to my salesperson, who was at lunch, he said he would get back to the dealership, speak to manager and give me an update. After several hours, I called again and asked to speak to the manager. Instead, the salesperson texted me with, call the service center and speak to your advisor, they'll help you from here. I called and spoke to the service person at the Jeep dealership and was told they wouldn't know anything for at least a week. The part is on backorder with no ETA. As of today, I've still not had a call from a manager at Landers Chevrolet Norman. No care, no concern, no bother to check and see what my situation is. The Jeep dealership has no loaners, I've now been without a vehicle for 6 weeks. If you have a choice, don't do business here. It won't be worth the challenges you'll face after the purchase.

I had a above average experience with Landers in getting an oil change and tire rotation. I had synthetic oil added and rotation for about $110 bucks. They originally quoted me $116 bucks but when the vehicle was ready they volunteered the discount which was very cool. They also gave me a video and printout of my vehicles health and did not try to sell me anything. I waited while the service was completed in showroom area which was very comfortable and offered free snacks and drinks. Great experience for me, from every level.

If I could give a minus I would. We had our 2015 Traverse towed there. They said a heater hose busted. Ok. Gave 2 different causes to myself and my daughter. First told me previous hose was put on backwards and second as on invoice was the fitting broke. After replacing it they suggested to change the other one to prevent it from busting. Quoted 608.00 total. Said ok. When repairs completed tried to charge over $1000. I objected as to not what agreed to and they did reduce it some. Then they said we needed a new radiator for $2000. I said that wasn't doable. Said could not be driven. Had it towed to a radiator specialist shop and after testing determined nothing wrong w radiator. I truly felt they were trying to scam us. Upon checking with our local Chevy dealer in Enid, Ok was told the radiator was 143.00. The charge for the heater hoses was twice the price of the hoses at our local Chevy dealer and several others. Be careful. I truly feel they were taking advantage of myself and daughter. Maybe had we been male it could have been different. Please check around before you agree. I tried to speak to dealership general mgr. He has conveniently not been around. I did speak to the service drive mgr, again this time Service manager unavailable, he sounded sympathetic but didn't follow through. I have dealt with many Chevy dealers but never treated like this. Beware of their bad business ethics.

Landers Chevy is exactly why the dealership system needs to die. Typical shady dealership pulling shady dealership tactics.I ordered a 2023 Bolt last year to be delivered here. The dealership reached out and told me they would let me know when it came in. Six months later, the salesman reached out saying my car was in. However, the car he was trying to sell me was a 2022 Bolt (which had a higher MSRP than the 2023 by $6k) and it was a Premier instead of the LT model. I told the salesman it was not the car I ordered but he insisted it was (yay, gaslighting). On top of that, they added a $2500 "market adjustment". Plus they offered me $2k less for my trade in than the Blue Book value and would not budge. I decided not to get scammed that day and told them to pound sand. Within a month, I was able to find the exact Bolt I wanted from another dealership at MSRP and got a fair trade in value. Don't buy a vehicle from this dealership.UPDATE: Since I can't reply to the comment. Of course there's no record of this purchase--I didn't buy the vehicle. I recognized I was getting a scummy deal and walked. I'm here to warn people who may not see it coming.

A bunch of typical lying salesmen just out to make a dollar don't care about repeat business or bad reviews obviously. Sales manager is a lying crook and so are the sales staff. They will do and say anything to get a dollar but only for them. They don't care about the hard working little guy. Take your money and trades to a more reputable dealer and avoid the liars and cheaters at Landers Chevrolet in Norman. Thanks.

Avery was a great salesmen, however the dealership itself sucks, when dropping the trade in off the person I dealt with was rude and not very helpful, also when talking the Yukon back to get the A/C worked their techs quit and had to take it somewhere else to get it fix after rescheduling 3 times, also when doing a oil change on I found the cabin air filter was never changed, air filter was 2 years old, I know I bought it but they could do a lot better, so I'll never go back and tell everyone else to go to somewhere else.

We roamed around the parking lot for a good while looking to make a trade in today, but never had anyone come out. We saw lots of salespeople sitting inside but got NO help or even a hello or handshake. We won't be back.
