Lakeview Terrace Mobile Home Park

I arrived home on Thursday 01.10.19 and discovered my tounge on my mobile home had been removed without any notice to me. I called the office and Angela the park manager stated notices had been taped to our front door on 12.31.2018. I did not receive this notice. I have received all the rent notices going back to 2005 taped on my door, but not this one. Amazing huh!!!!! My tounge was sawed off and taken. Angela said my tounge was under my home. No place in my contract states the mobile home park has the right to alter my home. Do not move here if you value your property. I am not the only one this has happened to. Angela stated the order came from the owner and the reasoning being the children in the park were being injured. The police department stated they had received zero calls about children being injured. Besides I rent thisd property and no children have the right to play in my yard.

angela berrios the property manager show me a property, took my deposit and when it was time to move in the inside had been completely changed. that's called, "bait and switch", a criminal offense. she could be legally prosecuted. yet she refused to give my deposit back. we were able to find her boss, donna in h.r. department who resolved angela berrios's criminal wrong doing before we had to take it to court. thank you donna. as for angela berrios, never trust any business done with her period. angela berrios is a criminal manager at lake veiw terrace mhc in okc 73127. believe me i just got my money back.
